Worst experience. Staff was sent home. Intentionally dug hole where our saptah dome was to be built.
A week before our arrival, despite advance payment and confirmed reservations, the hotel manager informed us that our booking might not be honored. This caused unnecessary stress for the entire group.
On arrival, only 37 of the 40 booked rooms were available. The remaining rooms were provided a day later, forcing us to make our own adjustments. Several bathrooms had persistent drainage issues throughout the stay, and housekeeping services were often delayed despite repeated reminders.
Another recurring problem was the air conditioning in the reception and restaurant areas. The AC was frequently switched off while guests were present, making common areas uncomfortable, especially during peak hours.
To make matters worse, the hotel failed to provide all the extra beds booked in advance, and the quality of the bedding supplied was unacceptable. We eventually had to arrange mattresses ourselves.
Having stayed at hotels across the world, we were shocked by the level of mismanagement. This was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had.

World class property with impeccable personalized service
The property is expansive and rooms are spacious and well equipped.
We had asked for 2 separate mandap decorations on 2 days. Both were imposing and opulent, yet had every traditional detail that we had asked for.
The staff were proactive and polite. Our guests were treated with utmost respect and courtesy.
We had customized the menu to suit our guests' palate. Hats off to the chef for preparing all dishes to the said specification. The gravies were done right, no grease, and with balanced spice levels.
Despite LPG shortage affecting commercial establishments, Mr Ashutosh ensured smooth F&B service to all our guests.
