Aman Bhatia the Great Owner of the Hotel are Very rude and no sense of any Hospitality.
3rd Class Hotel choose by us in Solar Kella city.

Poor & Pathetic Service, False & Misleading Commitment, Over Charged with worst Experience
Quoting example of Room :-
Room was pathetic with no hygiene, Stinking bed & blankets, dirty curtains, room was so congested as no proper space to walk.
Before booking the desert safari Mr. Aman Bhatia make you fool around by sharing the fake photos, charges the extra money as compared to other desert safari camps, misleading & false commitment that they will serves you the best with their service, food and desert stay but you feel cheated & extremely disappointed after availing the service bcz they don't know the "S" of Servive also.
Quoting an example for the shameless service :-
Mr. Aman Bhatia promised to have Rajasthani Welcome with Dol Aarti Tika which doesn't exist and have Hi Tea in evening wherein specifically mentioned that proper arrangement of Tea, Coffee, Pakora, Manchurian will be there and that too on rotational basis but we were astonished to see that there was no arrangement of Coffee, tea cup was so small that noone can take more than 2- 3 sip, hardly 2-3 french fries piece along with only 2 Manchurian balls served. Asked to serve tea and snacks twice & in a proper way but the staff was so rude, reluctant, unprofessional & literally denied for the same by stating the Mr. Bhatia told to serve only once with the same quantity.
You feel totally helpless & dependent on these people for food, shelter, service and all at that area bcz desert safari is approx 40kms away from city with no shops, hotels & connectivity and these people make benefit of these thing.
The food quality of dinner, breakfast and snacks was so pathetic, no quality food served, no hygiene with no proper arrangements.
Worst experience, pathetic service, everthing is so tacky and massy. In terms of service part it's absolutely zero with extremely disappointed. Even railway station and lodge service are better than this. Avoid at all costs.
Mr. Aman Bhatia being a owner of such Hotel chain and Desert Safari camps it's seriously ridiculous, shameful, unacceptable, pathetic service &
unprofessional behaviour.
Mr. Bhatia I must say that you have no right to spoil the trip of anyone who is taking out time for their family & spending money.

Royal stay at Prince Hotel
Will surely visit again. The packages are well priced and desert rides like jeep and camel are also included with Rajasthani cultural programs and swiss tents.
