Chandra Imperial is decent place in Jodhpur.
We stayed there for three nights Jan 17 to 19, 2026. Mr Shantanu, made all arrangements for us including booking and early check in. We enjoyed our stay in a beautiful deluxe room with decent views. Area calm and cool. Food was delicious both breakfast and dinner. Staff remained helpful. Great experience. Decent location. SUKDEV PURANI

STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the reception and one guy came with just wearing towel and fighting with them for some water issues his room.
If you are travelling with family, go for better hotels than this unprofessional hotel. Totally worthless to stay with these guys.

A must check in....
Silent environment with dedicated staffs although the wifi was bad in the rooms.

Poor stay at Chandra imperial, not value for money
Hotel is claimed as 4 star but it’s 2 star and below, pathetic service, not clean, washroom fittings not working, you have to beg for toiletries , so don’t waste money for this hotel instead book 2 start at half the price. Only food was good. No eatries around.

Avoid Chandra Imperial Hotel, Jodhpur – Very Disappointing Experience
I strongly advise against booking Chandra Imperial Hotel in Jodhpur. Our experience was extremely disappointing. After confirming the booking, the staff’s attitude changed completely – they were uncooperative, rude, and showed no interest in listening to guests' concerns.
Customer service was poor, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and comfortable, and unfortunately, this hotel failed badly in that regard.
Definitely not recommended.
