Excellent and must visit the hotel downtown

The Hotel downtown is one of the best hotel in my stays, the Food was good and the staff members hospitality was kind , Especially Maneger Kirpa singh and the Receptionist Nega was Good , I recommend everyone must visit this Hotel.

Best for official stay

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, and the overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend it!

Worst experience

My stay here was deeply disappointing due to poor service and inadequate room facilities The room had no proper ventilation, and there was no hot water available shower time in morning Additionally, basic amenities like a shaving kit and dental kit required multiple calls to reception and took over 15 minutes to arrive during busy morning hours Reception staff lacked basic professionalism. When I asked for a drinking water bottle, the receptionist rudely informed me it was chargeable, yet the bottle was never delivered—even up to the point of check-out Luggage service was completely absent I called reception twice for luggage but no one ever came. Furthermore, the check-out process was inefficient, I need hard copy of my bill and food bill supporting requiring a 10-minute wait just to be told my bill would be emailed to me later. The hotel is situated in a heavily congested area, making access inconvenient The single highlight of the hotel was the food. The breakfast spread offered multiple items and the food quality was genuinely good
