What a great surprise

Stayed here for just one night in Feb 2017. On arrival check in was good and I was shown to my room number 101. The wifi was connected for me and only a weak signal in the room but very strong in the reception area. The restaurant and room service were very good and overall the staff first class.
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel especially as the price was so reasonable.
The room was spacious and the bathroom very good. I needed a shower in the afternoon and as there was no hot water from the tap a bucket of steaming hot water was brought for me to bathe with.
There was no noise from the beer and wine bar next door, and no local traffic noise.
The building is fairly new but has old Kerala feel. Would love to stay again.

Not really recommendable

The room where I stayed cannot be locked do u think it's safe. I don't think they serve any food for now. They said soon things will be fine. Being in Kerala us peaceful to stay there. And fountain made it look great.

Run by the Night Hotel Stay

This is an average hotel for a night stay if you are desperate and out of options, Clearly the management does not care for the upkeep of the hotel and we weren't very happy with it. We left early so cant speak about the breakfast but I am not sure if it would be good either.

Good property, no maintenance

Property structure and artefacts were very classy. But zero maintenance. We took 3 rooms and one will open with a push even if locked! Shower nozzle is missing in another & Fans run only in single speed no matter what your settings are. We stayed for 2 days & none of the issues resolved despite complaining within 30 mins of our entry and reminding them thrice.
Very limited staffs, just 2 per shift, they can only provide hot water in the morning & manage the desk.. They were nostalgic saying it was once a busy hotel with 25-30 staffs per shift . With liquor prohibition in Kerala, when the bar is closed, the restaurant is also closed and this nice little property fell into negligence.

Not a hotel for family

The Hotal is too far from trissur town and after my personal complaint Ibibo have added the distance in the name and search tab for this Hotal , this was a bar and restaurant
Not recommended for a family
Distance between the city and Hotal is not ideal for a stay
