Not good

Bad Experience Ever I Felt.We Were Travelling Through Kochi,Kerela.We need To Stay A Night At Any Residency.So we searched it a lot.We Got Royal Residency Kochi.We to contacted Them,They said Can you write Details On WhatsApp.We Wrote and Wait.Still We Doesn't Get Any Type of Reply

Waste of money, waste of time, no respect.

I, a driver, had booked my customer room at the Royal Residency. When I asked the driver for a rest room, he said there was no rest room. There was a rest room downstairs, use the security.But the rest room is not clean and when we ask the driver what we should do to take a shower, he says that it is in that room, if you want, you can have a drink or something and leave. Worst experience

1. Room is not good at all.
2. Size is small
3. No ventilation
4. Breakfast is served in a bar
5. Breakfast has a lot of problems
6. Drinking water is charged more than twice of mrp price.
