Hotel that never disappoints me!!!

Niharika never disappoints me whenever I am in Kolkata. I would rate this Hotel as a best choice for all types of People. Excellent Staff, food and service. I have reviewed this hotel many a times and will not skip writing review about this Hotel. This hotel and the staff amuse me every time.

Home away home!!!

This hotel is my home away home whenever I come to Kolkata. The staff here are very hospitable, polite and are very caring. We have taken 6 Rooms and stayed for 3 Nights. None of our friends had any complaints and all were appreciating me for choosing the best property. The food here is really good and you get hot water 24/7 and the Housekeeping staff are on their toes and on time. We will be back to this hotel again next year with a bigger number of Rooms. Thank you once again.

Terrible hotel

Terrible in every way. The room was tiny, the water in the bathroom did not drain, there geyser had to be turned on for hot water (which we were not told about), and the noise from the busy road below was deafening till past midnight. I would not recommend it anybody.

Terrible experience, bad behaviour

The most annoying and terrible experience I have ever had. 15th August 2023 I went to meet a friend (*male) of mine who was staying in this hotel. There was a lady on the reception, she took my ID card as a visitor but told me they can't allow me more than 30 minutes. I asked her and she replied that they have some police issue on 15th August, without knowing that I'm a law known person. A friend is meeting another friend, both are male, not doing any illigal activity, is it illigal? This is my right to life. Police will never do something this idiotic. We supposed to be free on 15th August . We didn't have any wrong intentions like consuming alcohol or anything else. I just went to meet a good friend of mine. Very bad hotel when it comes to behaviour.

Home away home!!!

This is my 4th visit and the 1st one after Covid. Every hotel will have ups and downs after couple of years and this one is an exception. I was received well and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the staffs. They have renovated the Restaurant and the breakfast was very tasteful. The South Indian food like Idly, lemon Rice and Dosa are authentic. We loved their Sambar and we have requested them to serve the Sambar during the dinner and we enjoyed the sambar both the days. I have seen many old staffs still continuing there which is a good sign and they are the ones who work behind the scenes and are more responsible. Keep up the good work.
