Not nice

One can avoid this hotel. The location is at a noisy place. It's an old unkept hotel with zero efforts to ensure that the guest have a good experience.
Food is avoidable, air conditioner doest work properly, wifi has no speed and many other reasons to avoid it.

Family visit.

Very poor infrastructure of the hotel as it is still under construction.
The service was extremely slow and bad.
The corridor and staircase was always dirty.
Half of the time reception didn't pick up the phone and the breakfast served to us was stale.

Hotel with a culture of lodge

I was invited here for my friends party. On the way to ranchi i booked a room through mmt in this hotel for night stay. On arrival said they did not have rooms. When contacted mmt they briefed that hotel is cancelling booking for the reason that there is a party upstairs and they can't look who all are entering in the room.
Then mmt dealt with it and i was asked to check in but I refused because of such experience.

Unprofessional staffs.. terrible hospitality..
(Foul smell was present all over the lodge).

Badly equipped and Noisy

They gave a large room but without basic facilities like cupboard. Breakfast was cold and not of good quality. Though location is central it is too noisy. There was loud sounds of moving heavy objects late into the night. Even after complaining that did not stop. Staff were polite but not responsive.

Perfect definition of a sleazy hotel

For the price u pay..all u get is a broken down entrance, stinking lobby and zero professionalism. If your looking for anything decent pleaseeeee look elsewhere.
Except for the friendly security guard at the front don't expect any remote courtesy from anyone.
