Hostel stay at Alibaug

Best hostel at Alibaug which have dorm and private rooms facility. Pool is most beautiful attraction and mini theatre area is fab.staff were halpful and friendly

Can skip

Stayed here for a weekend with friends and the experience was just ok. The property is not well maintained, the pool water wasn’t clean, and there were no tissues anywhere on the property. The on-property food is also pretty mid and overpriced.
We were charged ₹2k for an extra mattress that we didn’t even use, with no refund. Overall, it’s a skippable property and we weren’t satisfied with the experience.
PS- Bring your own spoons and plates because you will be charged for those as well.

Unsafe - Horrible Experience - Drunk Staff Members

bahut ganda experience - we stayed for two nights - today morning between 1-3 am sara staff drunk tha - bahut dance kar rahe the - pool mein the - loud cheap hindi music baja rahe the - it was very disturbing - all staff who check us is in neh bahut drink kar rakhe thi - puri raat hum log sleep nahin kar paye - smoke & drink. When we check in we ask abt pool - we told pool close at 8 pm - but was open all night - owners should check recording - not safe place - dirty - bad crowd from staff side - horrible experience.

Bad horrible experience

Hum ek din ke liye came as group of friends, horrible experience - kal raat ko 1-3 baje matlab aaj morning yaha ka staff was drunk - playing cheap music and in the swimming pool - when we check in we told pool open only till 8 pm - but they were drinking smoking at property and creating loud and dirty nuisance. It was the worst experience - drunk Ganda atmosphere - Ganda pan. 3-4 ladke the aur puri raat so nahin sakte - aap video recordings check karlo - humne socha police ko bola le.

A big No!

I had a disappointing experience at GoStops Alibaug.
The check-in process was smooth, although it involved quite a few formalities. The property itself is located in a prime area and has good potential, but the biggest issue was the lack of basic hygiene.
As soon as we entered the washroom, the floor felt sticky under our feet. There were hair strands on the furniture and even stuck to the curtains, which gave the impression that the room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival.
No towels were provided in the room. When I requested them through the app, I was informed there would be a ₹100 charge. However, the reception staff told us towels were complimentary. Despite asking multiple times, we never received them.
We also ordered veg momos from the property. The momos were average at best and were served without schezwan chutney, which was disappointing.
The most frustrating part was that the room was never cleaned despite raising concerns. We requested a refund, but since it was already evening and alternative accommodations nearby were charging nearly double the price, we had no practical option but to stay.
The property has a great location and could offer a much better experience if maintenance and cleanliness standards were improved. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price I paid, but basic hygiene and cleanliness are reasonable expectations for any stay.
