Minitel Excellent Experience.............

Minitel....wow the great memories still roaming to my mind. Time spent there was best in all ways. This was amazing experience to stay in Minitel. If any visit near by Sultanpur in future then Minitel will be my 100% sure destination to stay. This was amazing experience to stay in Minitel. All hospitality and staff was super good. Overall it was soo excellent experience. I will prefer again and again and again........Excellent staff at the hotel with great affectionate gesture. I had a pleasant stay. Plus good food. The rooms were clean and spacious. Room delivery was quick. Thanks for such a great experience Minitel. Looking forward to visit again as soon as possible..........

Best Hotel in SultanpurBest Hospitality management all employee are very good and linient behaviour.I am really setisfied from the service and specially Manager Sonendra behaviour is supportive (5star)

Best in town And cooperative staff

Had a good stay at the property . The staff and management were courteous and helpful. Having said that and having stayed at other properties in sultanpur, would like to mention Mirch restaurant is having great ambience And staff. You can shop here And movie facility is great too.

Really Bad and unprofessional hotel

Really bad hotel. Dirty rooms. Semen laced bedsheets. Faulty electric kettle. No warm water in bath and overpricing even on items with printed mrp. And oh, included breakfast is at your room and really pathetic.
Speak to staff, they tell you housekeeping staff is on leave or have finished their dury hours, broken kettles can't be fixed/replaced.

Greetings of the day Mr. Chintan we have gone through your review and here are the findings that I need to share.
1) we do not keep any amenities in the room except a water bottle which has a price tag of RS20 only( This is the MRP )
2) Semen Laced Bed Sheet, we don't put any linen which is not even Sanitized so spot bedsheet is strictly not allowed in Room we serve the best. We appreciate you if you can provide any Images of our room when you had stay with us.
3.) Hot and Cold Water Facility is available 24 Hrs and we have a centralized Gyser which is Solar and Electric.
we request you to kindly speak to us so that we can look into the matter at the earliest. since we are unable to pull your check-in details as no data is being matched.

Good Hotel Staff and Restaurant Ambience

As I am a regular customer of this Hotel ....it's great privilege having stayed here ...nice supporting staff ...and great service .special gesture to Mr. Sonendra Ji for great support ....and newly opened mirch restaurant has added stars to the hotel . Highly recommended hotel to stay ...in Sultanpur.
