Costly and unworthy place

Uncomfortable inn... ill staffed place... untidy rooms.. they claim they change bedsheets everyday.. in reality it's the same old unchanged bed sheets....breakfast spread poor...
For the amount charged the services provided are lower grade...only advantage is it's right on highway...
Hygiene has been compromised ...

Uncomfort Inn !!!

Not so Comfort at Comfort Inn…. Services both in room and at Pavillion Restaurant is poor. You have to ask for everything… in our two nights of stay constant asking for services which otherwise should have been provided as default. The A/c faulted and we could not sleep well one night … what more to say !!!

Ac not working, no solution provided

We booked a suite as we were 3 traveller's, checked in at 830 pm after a long day of driving, went for dinner and returned to room... no cooling...room was stuffy, called front desk said we have rectified the issue...we called every 30 min and the front desk kept saying..issue is just fixed... no room change... they said ac chiller is tripped so it's the same situation in every room.... no table fan... they just didn't help... we checked out of the hotel at midnight in disgust.. didn't even ask for our money back.. the hotel staff is courteous and polite... I guess it's the owners fault who has not maintained the property... yes the room was a bit smelly... curtains were dirty.. the white sofa needed a deep clean... but the ac didn't work at all from 830..in a closed room... showing room temp of 30 odd degrees was horrible.

Property looks great

We were travelling towards Baroda from Halol on 27th Jan 2020 and desperate to stay somewhere on the highway itself to easily catch up our next morning location of Statue of Unity and then to Pune. Upon reaching the Highway#48, saw this one on our right side and did a U turn on our next junction. Inquired the rooms in the front office and he quoted almost double the price and we booked the same rooms through online booking. Paid the bill and we were allocated two rooms..
Hotel has big lobby and nicely maintained garden.Rooms are spacious and this is one of the few property where designer/owner put extra effort to make it more comfortable for guests at all fronts.
Unfortunately we didn't get hot water in the next day morning and the poor fellow in the reception received all our frustration. We even took the room boy to confirm our claim but nothing can done at that moment.
Hope the management will take appropriate corrective action in this regard.
Overall decent property to stay.
