worst / Terrible/ Dreadful / awful/Horrific Hotel

worst / Terrible/ Dreadful / awful/Horrific experience ever. I would like to highlight few points.
1. Reception Manager was rude and does not care for customer at all.
2. No lift facility on property all though Property has more then 4 floors.
3. Rooms are durty
4. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and had drains and spots every where.
5. Bathing towel and Face towels were dirty and not washed after used by other guest.
6. Room main door was jammed and even waiter had trouble opening it at first.
7. Cabinets and cupboard in the rooms had too much dust and were not in condition to be used.
8. There were too many mosquitos in hotel everywhere.
9. No parking available.
10. Board of the hotels was not visible at all. Very Hard to find hotel.
11. All though we provided Our Marriage Certificate,Manager kept looking at us suspiciously.
12. Hotel has uploded fake Pics on Make My trip and on Website.

Do not go there

Worst hotel in gujrat we were a family of 11 the manager was very rude he was going and sting in his cafe down he just cares about himself did not even let us us the washroom during checkout please believe me don't go in this hotel

Fab Hotel Express Kalyan, Vadodara. My Horrible Experience

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. The old man at the reception is arrogant & had the audacity to tell me this is what we provide take it or find another hotel.
Dear guests
!!DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUCH A POORLY MANAGED HOTEL!!

Dont trust Fab Hotel Customer care and fab executive especially Saif

We were 4 family members looking for booking a hotel room to freshen up in the afternoon and leave by evening to catch our flight, we knew it can be an issue thus we checked with Fab hotel executive Saif who insisted us to pay the booking amount in advance and this will be accomodated(also confirmed over email from Fab customer support mail id and shared his personal number to assure)But we were denied accomodation when we reached by the hotel executive and Customer care also disconnected when asked to escalate while Fab executive Saif did not take our calls.As it was last minute we ended up booking another room as they denied to refund as well for not holding their end even after saying this was agreed in advance. We escalated and did not get any response. This is too Irresponsible for known chain and I have never faced this and thus will advise not to trust fab hotel going forwards. No toiletries were provided as well in the room and the rooms were too basic for the price as compared to other known chains.Really dissapointed and pathetic experience.

Pathetic

Pictures are deceiving they say and this is a classic example. Horrible with no proper entrance, Reception on the 1st floor and you need to lug your bag up as there's no lift and then the room is super small, unclean and the plug switch is directly connected to the light, so if u need to switch off light, even your mobile charging stops.
