Chandraketh and Hosila Pandey are very helpful, watch out for the front desk lady, very uncooperative she is and not at understanding….wait period to get towel very painful…

Mismanaged check and recheke your bill

Hotel in Varanasi:
Location is very poor on a dirt road at the side off the motorway.
Hard for any taxi drivers or Uber to find.
Lift is temperamental. Sometimes it did not work.
No water pressure or hot water some the mornings or evenings.
Friendly helpful people are working who try to please but not very competent.

It's located in a very convenient and popular place. However, the second building where I stayed looks like a buffer part of staff facilities.. unkept walkway, unattended stuff including linen in the passages, etc wtc

Worst hotel near shamshanght

Hi my name is Satish I stayed with my family in this hotel in 209 .
My experience with this hotel is totally exhausted and dead .
1.Room.interir and exterior is the worst.
2. Staff at the reception was rude and not welcoming .
3. Ac was noisy with no remote control
4. Bed sheet had stain .
5..wooden table full with termite deemak
6. Poop on the window it's human poop
7..wash room are dirty with broken tiles and smell
8.Tv is not working no recharge of DTH .
9..Food was average poori was excellent .
10.Room Gallery was pathetic .
11. Shamshan ghat next to the hotel .
My humble request to management and the owner doesn't sell such a room .
Hard money earned and ruined
I have asked late check out request but they have not fulfilled .
I check in 12 midnight but still that's okay .
Family and friends pls don't book this hotel with photo and images .
If you want to book there are plenty option attached photo are the proofs

Worst experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Varuna in Varanasi and unfortunately my experience was not up to the mark. Being a frequent flyer, my expectations with the hotel were little high but the services provided by hotel were not up to the mark. The review is specially for the staff who was the receptionist at the hotel named Mr. Chandraket Kumar Singh who had an extremely rude behaviour and zero sense of how the hospitality should be provided to their guests. Rooms were not ready and checkin was delayed by an hour. I had booked 2 executive rooms in the new wing, however, the rooms shown in the pictures on website are completely opposite of what they provide. As somebody who values good hospitality, I would not like to recommend this property to the people who are thinking to stay here. We can get much better hotels with better amenities in the same price. I would not even like to rate 1 out of 10 to Hotel Varuna. I hope the management would take an action for such pathetic services and hospitality being provided by the staff. Also, I would like the management to take a strict action against Mr. CHANDRAKET KUMAR SINGH, the receptionist. Being a female I felt really awkward and unsafe while talking to him.
