Average business hotel

Clean efficient business hotel. The furnishings and the finishes take you back in a time warp to the 60’s.
Good location, walking distance to the Metro.
Breakfast could be better for a hotel of that size. Need to add more seasonal fruit instead of just apples. Breakfast open from 6:30-9:30 but the live cooking station not open until 8:00am. Good omelette if you wait around for it to open.
Windows open but you close them at night because of the traffic noise.

Correct installations, excessive noise

The hotel has good looks, breakfast is correct, the right size of rooms. However, the noise level both outside due to poor soundproofing, and inside, due to air conditioning and ventilation systems, makes sleep very uncomfortable. Bathroom ventilation cannot be turned off, so it makes quite a lot of noise throughout the night.

Very good ...

This Hotel is located in a rather quiet and interesting area of Tehran, which has a number of advantages. It is very well decorated; its staff were particularly kind and helpful in every circumstance, even to the point of having searched for a Portuguese flag following a remark of an Iranian friend of mine who came over to see me and realized there were flags from former Portuguese colonies like Angola and Brazil though not our own.

Affordable 4-star Hotel in Heart of Tehran

This is a great hotel in the heart of Tehran, the prices of the accommodation is affordable and worth the price.
It has been renewed and redesigned recently. The rooms are super clean and the restaurant has different and enjoyable dishes, You have access to many places in the center of Tehran, the only problem is that the location is in the Tehran traffic zone.

Our experience

My wife and I came to that place for one night.We forced to stay in Tehran because we had VFS.
As a brief I should say our room was very clean , silent and we were satisfied , on the other hand that hotel had very very bad behaviour staffs , they didn't learn how to respect and served servic for guests , for example one of them called us and tried to checkout on 11 and I had to speak with she about 15 minutes about hotels international rules sayed guests have right to stay at room until 12. I feel unhappy about that palces reception workers.
