Very central

Nice property, in the center, large rooms with balcony and well cleaned. The reception and availability at the highest level. 2 cyclists by chance

Disillusioned expectations

Convinced by the positive score on booking we booked the overnight stay at Palazzo Scelzi. Nice building in the village square with some parking problems. Minimal room with visible web on a corner of the wall where the back of the bed rests. More pieces of cobwebs scattered on the other walls. Too bad who gave us the keys had left when we realized it!!!! Shower flush floor with curtain not particularly comfortable, broken roll holder.
Double bed with single mattresses. We wouldn't get it back.

Unsuitable

All that glitters is not gold! Nice building but not suitable for its function. The rooms are cold and aseptic, cleanliness is very lacking, the stairs, in addition to being demanding and uncomfortable, are dangerous due to the type of floor used due to its slipperiness and the height of the steps and above all for the lighting, if you are unable to climb or go down in the time set by the timer you find yourself in the dark with the risk of falling down the stairs. Definitely need to review safety! It is only saved for the position, nothing more.

Very bad

After 5 nights spent in this structure, on the last evening we found ourselves with a bad surprise.
Shower towels not changed.
After a day of work it would have been the minimum to have clean towels to be able to take a shower.
For the rest everything is ok.

La struttura è comoda nella piazza centrale, pratica per il carico/scarico bagagli, i parcheggi sono distribuiti lungo la strada principale e nelle vie adiacenti oltre ad un grande parcheggio un po' più distante. Non è compresa la colazione ma non lo riteniamo indispensabile, pulizia curata, disponibilità ed attenzione verso gli ospiti. La struttura dispone di 9 camere per varie esigenze disposte su due piani e divise da ampi spazi, inoltre c'è la possibilità di camera per chi porta a seguito un animale. L'arredo forse è volutamente minimale ma non disprezzabile come ho letto in alcune recensioni. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha accolti e ringraziamo la signorina Marta incaricata della gestione con la quale abbiamo avuto modo di trascorrere simpaticamente circa due ore, fornendoci notizie sulla cittadina ed informazioni sulle origini della struttura e la famiglia proprietaria.
