Perfect hotel!

Chosen at the last minute for a short trip to Ancona. I can define my stay as perfect, starting from the very kind girls at the reception, all attentive to our needs and very helpful, very clean rooms and a superlative breakfast. The hotel's location is perfect both for when you arrive or need to get around and for visiting the center of Ancona, which is easily reachable on foot. It will be my hotel if I return to Ancona

Unforgettable stays

NH Ancona, it's like home! Returning for several years and always finding a familiar and professional environment is priceless! Perfect location with a view of the sea, an environment that is always well-kept and impeccable! Smiles and professionalism right from the welcome by all the staff at the desk, but the presence of long-standing figures like Cecilia and Ivano reinforces the unforgettable experience upon arrival and departure, leaving a sweet memory!
Breakfasts always taken care of down to the smallest detail; the good morning from Annamaria, an indispensable figure for starting the day, whether it is for vacation or work! A lady with gentle and refined manners, attentive to satisfying your every need! We also had the opportunity to have dinner, and the kitchen always offers a choice that, although limited, is varied for every need! Possibility of parking the car, a not insignificant fact given the low availability of parking in Ancona, and the center can be reached from the hotel easily on foot!
Returning is always pleasant, and for now, it remains a point of reference and a sweet memory until the next vacation in the Marche!

Nightmare hotel

A 2-star (and I am being generous) disguised as a 4-star. €198 per night for a single room of 9 square meters (bathroom included) that can only be described as unsightly is a compliment. 80s decor that makes no sense, an even worse bathroom, air conditioning that works when it wants to and makes a noise that sounds like being on a railway. An experience to forget as soon as possible; it makes no sense for such a facility to have 4 stars, it is an insult to those hotels that invest in image and services.

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua esperienza, anche se siamo profondamente dispiaciuti di leggere quanto il suo soggiorno abbia disatteso le sue aspettative.
Il nostro obiettivo è offrire un soggiorno all'altezza delle 4 stelle che ci fregiamo di esibire, e traspare chiaramente che nel suo caso non siamo riusciti nell'intento.
Prendiamo nota delle sue segnalazioni riguardo al malfunzionamento e alla rumorosità dell'aria condizionata. Abbiamo già condiviso il suo feedback con il nostro reparto di manutenzione per verificare immediatamente lo stato della stanza in questione e intervenire tempestivamente sui problemi tecnici segnalati.
In merito alle segnalazioni relative alla struttura e all'arredamento della camera, siamo consapevoli che l'Hotel necessiti di sostanziali miglioramenti.
A tal proposito, sono lieta di informarla che è stato recentemente approvato un progetto di ristrutturazione camere e che presto verranno avviati i lavori.
Le siamo in ogni caso grati per le sue segnalazioni. Feedback come il Suo sono fondamentali per aiutarci a perfezionare il nostro servizio e garantire un’esperienza migliore a tutti i nostri ospiti.

A classic hotel of the international NH chain... slightly elevated position with a view of the sea and port, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds... abundant buffet breakfast and friendly staff... so everything is okay.
