Relaxation and good food...
One-week vacation, very beautiful hotel, always tidy and clean, excellent cuisine (compliments), excellent kindness and helpfulness of the staff; if I have to find a flaw, but just to suggest improvements, the bike service is a bit poor; perhaps it would be better to have the possibility to book bikes day by day and with a deposit, but to have a larger and newer bike fleet. Compliments, we will be back.

Ci fa molto piacere che vi siate trovati bene con noi e i ragazzi che si impegnano ogni giorno per fare farvi trovare le stanze in ordine e pulite.
La ringraziamo molto per il consiglio in merito alle bici. Tuttavia il servizio che offriamo è solo un servizio di "cortesia" per chi deve fare un giro in centro oppure una commissione. Non teniamo le bici su prenotazione perchè avremmo bisogno di una persona dedicata solo a quello e purtroppo le nostre forze non ce lo permettono. Per chi desidera questo tipo di servizio proprio dietro all'hotel è disponibile un servizio di noleggio privato.
Grazie ancora per essere stati con noi e a presto!

Excellent week
Wonderful discovery. Booked at the last minute, we found great availability, kindness, and politeness. Very convenient beachfront hotel, clean, and newly renovated. 10 out of 10 for the cuisine, quality products, sophisticated and aesthetically beautiful dishes. Highly recommended, it was a top-notch vacation

grazie per aver condiviso la vostra esperienza! Ci fa molto piacere sapere che se anche deciso all'ultimo, la vacanza si sia poi rivelata positiva. I nostri chef ci viziano ogni giorno con un menu della tradizione di carne e pesce, e sempre anche una portata 100% vegetale, perfetta anche per chi ha intolleranze al lattosio o derivati animali!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel! The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The staff were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
The service was flawless, and everything was well organized and maintained. We chose the half-board option, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that were delicious every day.
Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of an unbeatable beachfront location, outstanding hospitality, and fantastic dining. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

Great vacation, unfortunately short but I will repeat it soon.
First time in this superior 3-star hotel, recommended by friends who had already stayed at this establishment.
The impression was excellent from the very first contact, both by phone and at check-in.
The environment is quiet, well-kept even in the smallest details, and the attention to the customer is at a superior level.
Having chosen the stay with full board, I had the pleasure of tasting the excellent and attentive cuisine of the chefs, with great appreciation for the fish dishes, which are always excellent and very varied and refined; the buffet of appetizers and desserts is always varied and of high quality, made with top-quality raw materials. Regarding breakfast, since the establishment has a pastry chef who takes care of the desserts, I could not have expected better, from the brioche to the cream-filled bombolone, and the savory items and fruit should not be overlooked either.
As for the room, I must say that it is not huge, but since I only need it for sleeping and showering, it is perfectly in line with what is needed. There is a small balcony with a clothesline and a sea view, air conditioning, a safe, a minibar, and fragrant linens for both the bed and the bathroom. Customer treatment is meticulous, just like the cleanliness and attention to every request is total from the members of the Batani family, the owners of the establishment, as well as from the employees, from Silvia at the reception to Stefania in the dining room. I mention these two people because I know their names, but I feel I should include both the housekeepers and those in the kitchen and those serving in the dining room.
Do we really want to find a negative point? I can't, but perhaps the parking is a bit expensive (the cost is in line with the prices set by the municipality of Cervia for the blue stalls), and maybe the space where the bidet is located is a bit small, but I assure you that these are details I wrote down while forcing myself to find them. The price is appropriate for the establishment and the services, so I found it extremely good to the point that I have already re-booked for a second vacation at this establishment.

grazie davvero per averci dedicato un momento e per le vostre parole! Ci fa molto piacere che abbia trascorso una bella vacanza a Cervia e che abbia apprezzato la premura dei nostri collaboratori! Si impegnano al massimo, dalle camere, alla cucina alla sala, per farvi passare un bel soggiorno. Siamo felici che vi sia piaciuta molto la cucina e la pasticceria. Il nostro pasticcere, ci prepara ogni giorno briocher e torte appena sfornate, così come i dolci per pranzo e cena.
Si purtroppo le nostre camere ed i relativi bagni, come si vede dalle foto sono piccolini, ma cerchiamo ogni anno di renderli sempre più confortevoli.
Speriamo di rivedervi presto al mare!

More than just a hotel – true hospitality!
This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel – each as part of our participation in Ironman Italy.
When we first booked in 2021, the location was crucial: directly on the running track and in close proximity to the transition zone and the starting area – just ideal for a competition.
Even with our second booking in 2023, however, it was not so much the location as the warmth of the owner family and the entire team that convinced us. You don't just feel like a guest here, but really welcome.
We were particularly impressed by the commitment during the event days: The whole family stands at the track with a music box, cheering on the athletes late at night and creating an incredible atmosphere – a real role model for hospitality and tourism!
Despite the end of the season, after certainly exhausting weeks, you don’t notice any fatigue – on the contrary, the motivation and kindness are like the season is just beginning.
We can therefore highly recommend this hotel – not only to the Ironman, but certainly throughout the season.
