Forget it

An embarrassing experience. Only the room is acceptable, large, even if low-quality. Location far from the center. Appalling view between two buildings under construction. Breakfast to forget with discount store items. When asked about the absence of savory foods, I was told that the staff member was on VACATION!!!!!! Do not believe the published images. Look instead at the reality of the attached photos. Rudeness of some employees. Prices doubled for Ferragosto. In short. Not one but a positive note. Choose something else

Buongiorno,
I palazzi che si vedono nelle foto sono il nostro Hotel, che è attualmente in fase di ampliamento. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, gli ospiti sono stati informati al momento del check-in e ci siamo già scusati per l’eventuale disagio arrecato.
Per quanto riguarda invece la presunta scortesia, ci permettiamo di precisare che, durante il soggiorno, il nostro personale si è sempre comportato con la massima educazione e disponibilità, anche di fronte a vostri atteggiamenti e comportamenti che, in diverse occasioni, sono stati tutt’altro che rispettosi nei confronti del personale e delle regole della struttura.
Riteniamo quindi che definire il nostro comportamento “scortese” sia quantomeno ingeneroso, considerando la disponibilità e la pazienza dimostrate dal nostro staff durante il vostro soggiorno.

I didn’t like this place, too much noices, the room was not clean, spider web everywhere in the room. The cops was dirty. Clean lady forgot to clean my boyfriend room when he asked her, even she said she wanted to do that.

Terrrrrrrrible

The hotel was completely different from the pictures provided, which felt deceptive. The premises were largely under construction, creating an environment that felt unsafe and caused significant distress to my kids and family. Furthermore, there were health issues, including a foul odor that posed a risk to my children, and a leaking parking roof that dropped water directly onto my car. Overall, the stay offered no sense of comfort, relaxation, or safety, which should be standard for any hotel environment. Because the property did not match the online photos, I declined to check in. I booked just approximately two hours before arrival. As a result, we did not stay at the hotel at all.

We are surprised to see this review, as the guests themselves state that they declined to check in and did not stay at the hotel at all.
The review therefore does not reflect an actual stay or experience at our property. The guests made their booking approximately two hours before arrival and, without checking in or seeing the hotel rooms, decided not to stay based solely on their expectations and personal perception of the property.
We are always open to genuine feedback from guests who have actually stayed with us, as this allows us to address any real issues and improve our service. However, it is difficult to consider as a review of our hospitality a description based on an experience that never took place.
We regret that the property did not meet their expectations, but we believe it is important for future guests to have the full context when reading this review.

Terrible. Learn how to treat a customer

There are far better options around for a better price. Don’t waste your time. This place messed up my vacation with my partner.
I have stayed in Hotel RossiVino with my Partner in late July. It was a big mistake. Me and my partner were looking for wedding venues at the area and this hotel really messed up such a special time for us.
First of all, the hotel manager Claudia has no clue how to treat customers. She has been very rude and unresponsive when we were checking at the hotel. Her behavior affects the rest of the staff at the hotel. The rooms are very old and don’t match with what is on the website. Also the location is very off and hard to transport to rest of the town.

The description of this stay is surprising to us, especially regarding the behavior of the management. In all my years of professional experience, I have never been rude to a guest, so I find it very difficult to recognize myself in the image described in this review.
It is possible, quite simply, that the stay did not meet the guests’ expectations and that this negatively affected their overall perception of the experience, including their impression of the check-in.
Regarding the location, our hotel is served by the main bus line, making it easy to reach the different areas of the city. Had the guests asked us for information about transportation, we would of course have been happy to provide them with all the necessary directions.
We fully respect every guest’s right to share their opinion, but we believe it is important to clarify that the accusations made against the management do not reflect our way of working or the attention we strive to give our guests every day.

Terrible

Rooms of average size, but of low quality. Rusty radiators, damaged furniture, and sheets with some stains.
Filthy kettle, and not even a teaspoon for the herbal tea.
The bathroom was terrible, lacking bidet towels and the shower was a nightmare with water at a very low pressure.
Breakfast with limited choices, in a room that feels like a storage closet.
Additionally, soundproofing is non-existent and there are sudden loud noises from who knows what…
The only positive note: the girl who welcomed us at the reception upon our arrival.
We ended up here because everything was booked for that weekend, but it is absolutely not worth it.
3 undeserved stars.
