Ferrara Mon Amour!!!!

For the first time in my life I stay in a hostel , I must say that everything went well, absolutely convenient to the city center , clean and well organized , Welcoming Giovanni and his colleague, for breakfast, were efficient and very helpful even for the possibility of leaving your luggage before leaving...

Clean and economical

I slept two nights with a group of friends and we really enjoyed it. Clean, friendly reception staff, good location. Sweet breakfast, free wifi and a nice garden to relax. Would stay again.

Bed bugs

I found bed bugs on my pillow. The guy of the reception assigned me another bed (it was already 1 in the night). Unfortunately also the other bed was really dirty under the sheets. So I slept on a couch in the lobby. In the morning I asked for a refund and the same guy of the reception told me that I had schizofrenia. The only positive thing is the position.

I was really impressed by the quality of the place: welcoming atmosphere, generally professional staff and a service that fully deserves to be recommended. Unfortunately, during my experience I came across an operator who treated me in a truly unacceptable way, with an attitude that was completely out of step with the excellence of the place.
Fortunately, I was able to speak directly with the manager, to whom I reported the incident advising to seriously evaluate the behavior of this employee, precisely to protect the excellent standard that the place offers to all customers. I trust that the management will be able to intervene at its best, because the rest of the experience was really impeccable. I still highly recommend the place: it really deserves.
