Great choice

Staying at Leonum with friends was a great choice!
Located a few steps from the historic center, it was very easy to discover the city.
The common areas and rooms are air conditioned, the staff is friendly and always available.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, great value for money.
I recommend it to those looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the center of Florence.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life

Room infested with jam, if you go to stay in this place, already buy repellent and prepare not to sleep. Smell of cigarette in the entrance, the hostess is super thick, we were not locating the building, we called her and she turned off in our face. She sent the same location we already had and didn't help at all. She charged the fees only money without warning us in advance that they would only accept money. You have to ask to clean the room, in my view this should be an obligation of the place since we are paying for the stay. We were told that we could not use the kitchen because we did not order breakfast. The only positive point was the location. I couldn't sleep right any night due to the noise the party night and a woman whining. The shower collapsed while in use almost causing an accident. You feel choked because you don't vent. And if you try to open the window to ventilate, you go in very long. Besides, nothing to praise. Not worth staying in this B&B. Worst place I've ever stayed in my whole life.
