Excellent experience

We spent 3 days in a pleasant place with professional, kind, and attentive staff.
Comfortable rooms, good food (we used the half-board service), and an outdoor pool always available (a very welcome remedy for the heat).

Quiet relaxation in a well-maintained ambiance.

A very well-maintained property is accompanied by a caring team. The breakfast is hearty and good. Only parking is a small challenge for insecure drivers. The kitchens in the apartments are only equipped with a few utensils.

Avoid at all costs, even though it's sold as "Superb" by Booking!!!

If one were needed, here is proof that Booking talks nonsense and verifies nothing. This Villa Pardi is sold on Booking as "Superb" with a score of 8.8, when it is actually a totally impersonal, old-fashioned, and (very) poorly maintained "hotel." We just spent one night there; after booking (directly, I don't want Booking anymore), you have to go through an online check-in procedure ;-( before receiving a secret-agent-style link with a code to retrieve your room key because there is no front desk and no one to welcome you... it starts off strong! As for the parking, if you don't have a 4x4, hold on tight! (see photos). Entering the room, we were greeted by a few mosquitoes, and nothing is provided to keep them out. The decor is old-fashioned, not to say tacky, there is a big damp stain on the ceiling, only one window overlooking the parked cars and the staircase to the upper floor (see photos), the mattress is worn out, there are a few tea bags and 2 mugs but no coffee machine, don't count on the TV to keep you occupied, the images are blurry... quickly a jump into the pool which is the size of a large bathtub... and all this for 115 euros a night, please! And the icing on the cake is that if you stay there on a Monday night like we did, don't count on any information or a human being to explain to you that there isn't a single restaurant open within a 6 to 9 mile radius!

Unforgettable

Excellent experience, we are a large group of cyclists from Cesenatico who stayed, had dinner, and had lunch at this splendid property; we were brilliantly accommodated in every one of our requests... everything was excellent and compliments to the staff, thank you infinitely for everything

No stay for a longer time.

Beautiful villa, but for coffee in the afternoon, one must drive away; there is no option at the location or immediate river surroundings.
Wine from the fridge in the breakfast room, the bottle costs 13 euros, overpriced.
For a short stay, it is okay; we had one week, which was tedious; breakfast was okay but not as good as the very positive reviews. The hostess greeted us somewhat curtly after 14 hours of travel time (traffic), as our arrival was two hours later than indicated. When you are on vacation and already stressed, such a greeting makes you feel simply unwelcome, and that feeling did not change afterwards.
The pool was great.
In the shower, there were too few shelves, the door did not hold and kept opening, my husband repaired it, and the shower hose was leaking; these issues did not bother me!
Television and radio were only in Italian, which was not a further issue, but one should be aware of it.
