Accoglienza e bellezza
La colazione si consuma presso il vicinissimo bar pasticceria Utopia che serve prodotti di qualità davvero ottima. Il paesino di Marittima è davvero completo di ogni servizio, nei pressi della struttura ci sono farmacia, supermercato, lavanderia e bar ristoranti. La cortesia del ragazzo in reception rende il tutto davvero piacevole.

Three "bright" days
I was a guest from 15 to 18 August 2024 (3 nights) and I feel like writing two lines:
for 94€ per day cleanliness and friendliness and 'the minimum required but, the ability to rest at night after full days spent at sea or around SALENTO and' the essential part
of the stay/overnight stay.
Room 4, which has been reserved for us, overlooks the main street and, to the east.
So , gogoò noises and bright ... also too bright because , due to the shutter that did not close completely (almost a 1mt.) the room was bright both at night and at dawn (cause street lamp above the balcony and light attached to the same pole and lit for the party in preparation).
At h. 05.30 the good morning of the sun could be “appreciated” on most of the wall in front of the mega window of almost 3 meters high, with difficulty in being able to sleep.
I reported the problem to those responsible, in addition to other small problems on which I would, in other situations, have stood down and, the answers received were: I will report.
In conclusion, nothing has been done no big or small problem has been solved ( not even an attempt to put something black out ).
The problems remained (by now I had paid) and finally I heard the fateful sentence :
“it never happened, no one has complained before.” The mockery!!!
Of course, I happened in a particular period (August and, Pussy Day ) but I would like to point out to the owner of the structure that the price should not be made according to the period but, of the services that are offered and , in the specific case of the stay, my wife and I, 94 € per night without breakfast were overpaid compared to the situation just highlighted.
I expected, at least, an apology.
Room No.4 flunked!
