B&B Rainbow OUTSTANDING

We stayed in September, Adriano exceptional person, always prodigal advice, the B & B is located in the heart of Naples, on foot you can safely visit everything. the rooms are new, comfortable, nothing is missing, the latest generation fixtures, once closed reigns silence. Downstairs there is a garage where you can leave your car on arrival and pick it up when you have to leave, under the house there are unique quality-price restaurants, practically when you arrive then you would not want to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, we will return.

Adriano is the best

Positive experience, basic room but right for the days of stay. Adriano, the host, helpful with advice and very nice. Exceptional windows and windows. The property is in a very busy street, full of clubs, near the botanical garden, just opposite, and the national museum, we recommend a visit to the cathedral that is in those parts.
Hoping to return, we highly recommend it.

UNPRESENTABLE....

A disaster, Adriano was never there, they sold us a hotel and it was barely a hostel...we paid for the large room and he offered us a smaller one, to access the large one, 15 euros more per day. Like most Neapolitans, criminals. NEVER MORE.

Estimado señor, la habitación que le asignaron era exactamente la que había reservado en booking.com, una habitación doble económica, cuando me pidió que cambiara de habitación le asignaron una habitación triple mucho más grande y con una ventana que daba a un jardín muy tranquilo, y por eso pagaste un precio extra mínimo de 15 € por noche... con respecto a mi ausencia en tu check in (sólo 10 minutos), me gustaría señalar, como bien sabes, que intenté enviar un mensaje para averiguarlo. la hora de su llegada y no me contestó... No pude llamar porque su número de teléfono no estaba en la reserva... así que, antes de llamar delincuentes a personas que trabajan honestamente, sí examina tu conciencia y lo harás. Mira que la responsabilidad de todo lo que me atribuyes depende exclusivamente de tu comportamiento irrespetuoso hacia mí... cuando reservas en una estructura que no dispone de recepción 24 horas sería una buena idea intentar comunicar tu hora de llegada.

Everyone has a cold.

I booked the Garden Room. Spartan, in the sense that there are only bed bases and a chest of drawers with a TV on top. The things are hung up in plain sight, but it's fine for sleeping. However, there was such a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains that it forced us to keep the windows open. In particular, a stench of Asian cuisine came out of the sink. Result: everyone affected and room full of flies.

Gentile cliente la camera da lei prenotata è fornita di una cassettiera e di un armadio a muro (ciò che lei chiama panni appesi) due comodini, una scrivania e una sedia oltre ai letti, credo che per un soggiorno di due o tre notti sia un arredamento adeguato...non abbiamo riscontrato nessun tipo di cattivo odore di cucina asiatica...come la chiama lei... sarebbe bastato segnalarmelo e magari avrei potuto fare qualcosa per la fossa biologica che come lei ben sa non possiamo pulire noi...per quanto riguarda la necessità di tenere la finestra aperta in bagno...le ricordo che la camera è fornita di un climatizzatore che scalda fino a 32 gradi oltre ad una porta che isola il bagno dalla camera....mosche in camera in pieno dicembre?...mi sembra un commento un po' forzato se non addirittura di pura fantasia...buona giornata e grazie per aver soggiornato presso la nostra struttura.

Ok b and b in decent location

Stayed here for our last night in Italy, it's on a main road and easy enough to find. There are lots of reasturants nearby and the botanical gardens are directly opposite. The hotel itself is pretty basic, but clean. There is a kitchen with coffee and tea. Only complaint I have is the bed was so soft it was pretty uncomfortable.
