Fixed stop!
We stayed at this B&B in Naples and we can only leave a super positive review! The location is very central, perfect for exploring the city comfortably on foot. The structure is cared for in detail, clean, cozy and really pleasant. Special thanks go to Carmen, the owner: very kind, always available and ready to give great advice to live the Neapolitan experience. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Great location
Mini apartment with the necessary comforts for a short passage. Equipped with everything, from the air conditioner a nice shower, TV in the room and bedroom, few noises.
Spiral staircase not comfortable, but still working.
Breakfast not quite there in the house or near, but you have to go little way to get to the bar. Unfortunately, the breakfast included includes cappuccino / coffee and croissant. The rest you pay. Not quite correct this.
All in all the location is central (behind plebiscite square) and overall we were fine. The owner very kind and helpful x anything

They cancelled my reservation...
I would like to warn other customers that "Domus Luigio Leone" cancelled part of my reservation without any reasons or explanations. If you want to avoid problems, avoid them and go elsewhere (or make sure you talk with them before your trip to get some guarantees).
Here is the full story:
I am a teacher and I will go next February(2020) to a mandatory study trip with my students to Naples.
In November 2019, I booked 2 apartments and 3 rooms at "Domus Luigio Leone" for 26 people (2 teachers including myself + my 24 students) via the Booking.com website. I immediately received a confirmation for the booking and I was happy that this was all settled and confirmed. Importantly, a reasonable price was critical for me as I was spending the money of my students and of my school, not my own.
On the 31th of December (2 months later), I received a message from the property "Domus Luigi Leone" via the Booking Assistant messaging system saying that they only have the 2 apartments, but they do not have the rooms anymore. This was not acceptable for us as we need the extra rooms and we need to be all together.
This trip was mandatory for us, so we could not just cancel the booking. Moreover, in the meantime, the prices had gone up and availability had decreased, so I had a hard time finding anything to replace this booking or the missing rooms, at any reasonable price.
I tried to get some explanations from the property but they only said that there was an "error in the availability", which I clearly do not understand. They also did not providing any alternatives or apologies, which I found very frustrating.
After complaining to Booking.com (which the property rudely *taunted* me to do: "yeah well call Booking if you are not happy!"), they offered some other accommodation which was too far away from them. I could not afford to be separated from my students for such a study trip.
I finally managed to get some other accommodation without their help, but only after a lot of stress and waste of my time.

Buona la posizione
Nota positiva: la posizione solo se necessario stare in zonaPer il resto piuttosto deludente ci ha accolto il forte odore di umidità . Un biglietto per la colazione al bar limitrofo dove abbiamo pagato la differenza , piuttostosto cara, della consumazione visto che era previsto solo cappuccino e cornetto. Scaletta a chiocciola interna poco agevole. Locale umido, pulizia sufficiente.Garage consigliato dalla struttura molto caro e scomodo.

Posizione ottimale
Il b&b si trova in una posizione ottimale proprio dietro Piazza Plebiscito e vicino sia a Via Toledo che Via Chiaia. La stanza è essenziale ma non manca niente, pulita e organizzata bene. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La mattina vengono portate le brioches fresche molto buone e viene fornito tutto il necessario per tè, caffè ecc. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica pecca i tre piani di scale ripide che dopo una giornata in giro ti danno il colpo di grazia.
