Padua and surroundings
Perfect B&B, excellent cleanliness, bright room, and new furnishings. Definitely recommended, excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks for the warm welcome

Holidays in B&B
we have used the Lanterna B&B as a base for our holidays in Veneto.
Nice family and once more happy eighteen anniversary to the daughter.
Quiet place and comfortable good breakfast.
Just at the entrance of Padova and close to the motorway exit/entry. Very convenient

Amazing!
I stayed in this B&B with my parents for 2 nights and we absolutely loved this place! The hosts were very nice and friendly, provided us with everything we needed, gave directions and city info for Padova and Venice.
Room was stunning, very comfortable bed and sofa, good quality kitchen and bathroom, everything looks new and clean. Breakfast was also good (they even asked us what time is more convenient for us to have it).
Location is perfect - it is close to city centre of Padova and it is also easy to get to Venice from there.
Overall we had amazing experience and would gladly come back again!

a wonderful experience
1 Italian lady + 1 Irish man + La Lanternaadova = a wonderful experience. Jump on the tram outside main trainus station and 15 minutes later arrive at above B and B. We had a beautiful, bright, clean apartment with the nicest hosts we ever met. Silvia and Gianmarco gave us the inside scoop on Padova and we discovered a hidden gem of a city with so much to offer--it has to be seen! We spent 2 days in Venice coming back happily to La Lanterna each evening. There is a great vegetarian restaurant next door that offers a delicious meal for a very reasonable price. There are also a couple of other restaruants nearby. We would advise anybody going to this area to avail of the hospitality we received. I nearly forgot to mention the great breakfast each morning and the delicious fruit basket gifted to us. Yes, what more can we say, only, treat yourself and discover a unique holiday. Lovely B&B
We received a very warm welcome from the hostess, Silvia who went on to provide us with extensive insider information about Padua and Venice – on restaurants, drinks, how best to get where and how, etc. The Spritz and piadina tip, for example, turned out to be fantastic ;-)
The house and our room had a modern chic design that was nonetheless, very warm and comfortable; spick and span too and with housekeeping every day.
Breakfast was rather sweet as can be expected in Italy but upon request our wishes for buns, cheese and salami were met.
La Lanterna B&B is located in a residential area slightly outside the city centre where we had no trouble finding parking just outside the gate. It is therefore ideal for those who love some quiet and don’t mind taking a 5-10 minute walk to take a tram to be in town about 20 minutes later. By car it takes just about 10 minutes.
In general our stay at La Lanterna B&B was excellent! Silvia made every effort to ensure our stay was a lovely one, not only through her hospitality but also in the way the B&B was furnished, designed and taken care of. The next time we are in Padua or the vicinity, we shall surely be staying at La Lanterna.
