Complete lack of attention to customer and guest health
I spent the first few nights at the property, I found irritations all over my body. After 4 nights, I went to the pharmacy and then kindly asked the staff to check the condition of the bed and arrange to solve any problems. Their response was very unprofessional, even threatening to report the pharmacist to the Order.
Upon my return in the evening, I personally checked the condition of the mattress and invited the managers to do the same. They replaced the mattress but no further interventions were made.
I then went to the medical guard who confirmed the hypothesis of bedbug bites, but despite this and the considerable discomfort that they brought me, even here the managers have not tried the least to meet me.
I requested a refund of 4 nights, they offered me less and requested to attend an interview with their lawyer.
Faced with such incompetence, rudeness and arrogance I have nothing more to add.
Obviously I have reported it to the relevant bodies.

In questa recensione sono state riportate informazioni non veritiere alle quali non riteniamo di ribattere in questa sede.
Nei fatti ci basta dire che Il verbale dell’ispezione ufficiale dell’ASL assai approfondita richiesta dall' ospite ha confermato l’ottimo stato igienico-sanitario della stanza, delle stanze e dell’intera struttura.
Alla luce di tale riscontro non risultano elementi che possano collegare la sintomatologia riportata alla permanenza presso la nostra struttura e non possiamo escludere che la sua origine sia riconducibile a fattori personali o esterni come ad esempio appoggiare sul letto i bagagli sporchi.
Invitiamo la signora pertanto ad astenersi dal diffondere dichiarazioni non corrispondenti alla realtà riservandoci di tutelare in ogni sede la reputazione di Villa Aurora.

Good villa with green backyard and breakfast
Our family stayed in the Villa Aurora from 4th to 6th of August.
From the first time it was little bit difficult to find this villa, because numbers on the Via Dei Salici street are located illogically and our tablet showed wrong location on the google maps.
Owner of the villa was friendly and helpful and she had spoken English.
We told here that we would have early check-out and she said that they will provide us with snacks and kettle.
Owner also helped us to find the bus schedule to Pisa and figure out how to get there at 6 am.
Our room was located on the ground floor. Room was equipped with double size bed, fridge, locker, plastic table and chairs. No AC, only small fan.
Wi-Fi was ok during our 2 days stay.
When we just came to the room my wife and I didn't have feeling that room was cleaned. Bathmat in the bathroom wasn't changed from the previous visitors and was dirty.
I can not judge the variety of food on the breakfast, because we had only one. It was just regular buffet with oats, yogurt, fruits, biscuits coffee and tea.
House has it is own backyard and is all green. Owners offer bikes, beach mats and each umbrellas to rent for free. Free beach and grocery store are located 15 minutes by walk.
To summarize, we were not disappointed with the accommodation there, but something special, I would say 'zest', was missing. Despite nice and friendly attitude I would rate overall value little above average.

500 Meters to the beach, but bad breakfast and uncomfortable bed.
The breakfast was not good at all. No real bread, no real cheese, nearly nothing healthy (fruits, vegetabels) at all. No air condition. The bed was uncomfortable. The dirty bathmat hasn't been changed for six days.
You can walk to the public beach in five minutes. Fridge in the room.

Average
This B&B was in a residential area, quiet, was close to the beach and when you want night life,then you will be very disappointed.
The house is huge, our room was clean and on the ground floor. The owner/staff was very friendly, helpful, she tried very hard to speak proper English to us and we managed.
The breakfast was OK, we had got standard sandwiches, cheese and stuff. As I requested, because I am lactose intolerance, they took good care of me and they prepared soya milk for me!
The major issue was the bathroom. we had cold shower for 2 days, we thought that too many people used the warm water at the same time (like the owner told us) ... then I told the landlady about our problem,then I got a note on our door "I (she) guessed that the hot water was back" huh?!? No, we still had cold water.
Day later, it was fixed and in a meanwhile we may allow to use the bathroom/shower in room 3.
The shower cabinet needed seriously cleaning and maintenance. It was gross.
Wifi was quick on the first 2 days, when more quests arrived and the speed of the Wifi was dramatically slower. We also informed the landlady, she rolled her eyes and told us " It was a national network problem" It was pity.
There is a watering system in the garden, it made lots of noise day & night and they can't do much about it. It was pity and we sucked it up!

Sarebbe bastato poco: pulizia e gentilezza
Siamo stati una settimana e già dal primo giorno, se non avessi pagato in anticipo, avremmo cambiato alloggio.
Camera poco pulita con odore di muffa, colazione scarsa con prodotti confezionati e di bassa qualità. Durante il nostro soggiorno sono stati effettuati diversi lavori di manutenzione alla struttura, come montaggio persiane e opere di muratura causando diversi didagi. Era come essere in un cantiere. Al nostro arrivo non ci sono nemmeno state fornite informazioni sul posto e luoghi da visitare.
Camera poco pulita con odore di muffa, colazione scarsa con prodotti confezionati e di bassa qualità.
