Experience to repeat

We stayed twice at this property: At Christmas and the end of February. Great reception in general. Friendly and professional atmosphere at the same time. Very clean. Courtesy of the waiting staff. Very varied breakfast. Hearty and quality dinners. Animation for children very good. Reception always ready to solve any problem. We'll be back again.

Nice and spacious rooms, normal staff, good food with outdoor space, card room, and gluten-free options.

Terrible

I just returned from a short stay at this hotel and unfortunately I was disappointed and bitter about the treatment I received as soon as I arrived. There was certainly a misunderstanding regarding the booking made on Booking because I was traveling
With my large dog, but they, despite being pet-friendly, only accept small animals, but
I am not arguing about this, they are free to decide in their own home, but being treated badly, without empathy and without a minimum of welcome, but actually shown the door because I had a large dog, I found it, regardless of everything, humanly unpleasant and rude.
For this reason, I am sorry, but my rating is zero.

bad experience

It smells terrible in the rooms , misleading advertising (the rooms shown do not correspond to reality) , unwelcoming staff and also very excessive prices for the structure which is far from great .
