Very good

Little to add, spacious and clean room, simple breakfast but adequate for the price. Go there, all very well.

A bit disappointing

Cramped room. Stagnant smell. Breakfast desserts already in sight from the night before. Clean and tidy

Gentile utente, non abbiamo riscontro tra le nostre prenotazioni del suo nominativo nel periodo indicato. Colgo l'occasione per segnalare che la nostra stanza piu piccola è di 14 mq mentre le altre due 21 mq tutte senza contare il bagno privato e sono di dimensione sensibilmente più generosi degli standard romani considerabili l'esatto opposto di spazi angusti il tutto senza considerare gli spazi comuni e l'ampio giardino, abbiamo tra l'altro notato dal suo profilo che nello stesso periodo ha soggiornato in un altra struttura romana con spazi molto piu affini a un simile termine. Visto il dubbio... per correttezza segnaleremo una verifica a tripavisor. Cordiali saluti.

Great Experience I Truly Recommend To Everyone

My Wife and I were guests on March 4 in this beautiful B & B and we were greeted by Mrs. Lavinia person really always available for any eventuality Anyway This B & B is located in the Parioli district a few steps from Villa Borghese and very well connected with Termini Station.It has a beautiful garden where you can relax or have Breakfast in the morning that say more we especially enjoyed the cleanliness and the very spacious rooms and also for those who request it there is the possibility to take the Car Box which of course I recommend to those arriving by car... For us is the Top ..

Great experience

Very nice bed and breakfast, well maintained and clean. It is particular because it is accessed by a staircase that descends into a beautiful garden. The tranquility is therefore maximum. The owner, Lavinia, very kind and helpful for every need. I felt safe and "like home". Breakfast in the norm.

Great stay.

Really a great stay and good reception. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast, snacks and some pastries and various types of milk and yogurt in the fridge and desserts. In a quiet area this beautiful property at the right cost.
