hotel cassia
The reception was exemplary: the staff was extremely courteous, helpful and professional at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out.
The room was impeccable, quiet and very cozy. The bed, particularly comfortable, ensured an optimal rest. I did not encounter any problems during the stay.
Thanks to all the staff for the quality of service and customer care. Fully satisfactory experience that I recommend without reservation.

Bad experience
As soon as we arrived at the hotel they asked for full payment for the three rooms booked after going up to the room we noticed the situation of total degradation. The bathroom unusable because the drain was not working , walls of the room with falling plaster , door handles completely broken .
What a nightmare
I absolutely do not recommend

nightmarish hotel
had no other rooms and were overbooked by at least 30 people sleeping camped in the lobby.
The unempathetic and rude receptionist told us she couldn't help it and that she couldn't even refund us to allow us to move to a more functional facility.
kept saying that to have the services you had to go to a 5-star hotel and that our reservation was economy... my question is ... which structure despite being ecomonomy 3 stars does not guarantee a bathroom with drain? they treated us like animals and we paid in advance 3 rooms at more than 100 euros each and then find ourselves like in a cat litter.
we had a family event and we could not attend dinner after having done 600 kilometers to be there because we stayed until late in the evening to talk to the receptionist in vain.
The next day was the ceremony, and we got there completely wasted.
We went down in our pajamas in the lobby so we could use the shared bathroom the next morning.
He told us to write an email to the director who not only failed to show up the same evening or the next day but ignored our email and never responded.
I strongly advise against it also because online you can see the photos of the newest structure that obviously do not give you but the other 2 structures are really indecent.
