Very good

I stayed at the Hotel d'Este for
5 days and I was happy with the service and the staff.
The nice thing is being next to the Basilica of Saint Mary Major; besides being very beautiful, it is also the place where the Tomb of Pope Francis is, which is a very moving thing.

Staff always available

I would have given 3 stars because the place seems a bit old and dated, and honestly, I found the breakfast quite mediocre; however, I still find it average, and for the excellent location, I think it deserves 3 stars.
What made me add 4 stars, however, was the kindness of the reception staff, always available and ready to offer water and coffee to guests.

My experience at the Hotel d'Este

I stayed at the Hotel d'Este and had a very good experience. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room, which allowed me to relax during my stay. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely return gladly.
I recommend everyone to go there. It is a beautiful experience

A pleasant stay in the heart of Rome

I stayed at the Hotel D'Este Rome and had a very good experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Termini station and the main attractions of Rome. The rooms are clean and cozy, while the staff is always kind and helpful. The breakfast is also good. Overall, it is an excellent choice for those who want to visit Rome comfortably.
