Beyond expectations a stone's throw from Termini

Bed very comfortable,
Spacious bedroom , above average furnishings compared with its peers.
Above all the staff is professional, kind true and genuine, ready to accommodate your needs
Strategic location close to Termini station, laundry.
The night is silent
Excellent place to support or for permanence

Bad.

Terrible..we only happened one night and cold anchor outside had no heating, the warm water not even hot they said it comes in the morning to fix, but we needed it in the evening. Bed nn ne for two and uncomfortable... and be ask 60 euros plus 10 evro taxes .. and the only good that near the station .. my advice pay 10 evro more for the room but at least there will be hot water...

Worst customer service after selecting wrong dates for non-refundable reservation

When making reservation through Booking I have accidentally selected wrong dates, selecting 4th of March instead of 4th of June. The reservation was non-refundable. From the property contacted me in 20 minutes to ask when we are arriving and then I found that I have made that mistake. When speaking with the property I asked them if possible to cancel the reservation or change the dates to June. The property refused since it was non-refundable. I know it is my mistake but the property could easily change dates since I was ready to pay extra for new dates. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend such a hotel willing to win two hundred euros instead of happy long-term customer who will even pay more for reservation in June. If you can, stay away from this hotel. Mistakes happen, I can handle my mistake, but loosing trust is something a business could not handle in long term.

Only bonus: breakfast

Terrible hotel, though slightly better than the nearby Temple of Pallas. Only bonus, the breakfast very good. For the rest is an old building to be restored, small and dusty room. Business only, one night at most.

Clean and well located place

In Spain this place would be more of a pension than a hotel, it is difficult to find since it is in a building where each floor is a different accommodation. It is well located, close to the Termini train station. In this area there are many people sleeping on the street and begging but nothing strange as I have read in other comments. We traveled with two children and they gave us a room with two double beds and the place was clean. It is as seen in the photos. To put it another way, I would say that the decoration was stuck in the 50s and in the bathroom they could put a hand shower, the one there is is one of these rain effect ones and if you don't want to get your hair wet you have to juggle.
