Excellent room

We stayed one night, very nice room, everything very clean, Ms. Barbara very kind. Central location 3 minutes' walk from the Piramide metro and Ostiense station. Breakfast always available and very well-stocked. Fair price. Recommended

GREAT...........

Stay 3 nights from 18 to 21 February. Everything at the top, from the courtesy and kindness of the owner, to the cleanliness of the room and common area where you can have breakfast where there are packaged products (for us better so the product that touches consumption...) from sweet to savory (toast bread, salami, thin) presence of cappuccino and coffee machine, juices, gas and natural water. Place located near Piramide station and bus stop 100 mt. Large room, small bathroom but with everything you need including products to use (shampoo, cotton swab, make-up removers, shower product, hairdryer, tissues ). also present TV both in the room and in the kitchen. Much appreciated that Mrs. Propietaria allowed us on the day of departure to leave our bags until the time of departure, which is not obvious. We sincerely thank and recommend those who want to appreciate and visit the wonders of Rome to lean on this structure. You won't be sorry. Thanks and see you next time. Signed 4 friends of Bologna.

Great overnight stay

Great location just steps from the station, metro and bus. Very clean few rooms, excellent value for money, decent breakfast.

Perfection in cleaning

This is a b&b in my opinion quite good, among the best value for money. It 'comfortable, clean, equipped with a TV, wifi. The bathroom is not very large, it is clean and I will provide essential necessary services, such as hairdryer, soaps etc. The lady who runs it is very courteous and kind, although I did not know her in presence because the chekin was made online. The structure is equipped with a kitchenette where you can have breakfast with coffee, and everything you need including cakes and cold cuts pisti in the fridge. The b & b is very close to both the train station and the metro blue line. I recommend it

FANTASTIC!! OF TOP-RATED IN ROME. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Having been staying in many establishments, I have to say that rarely in my life have I been so extremely satisfied by the reception, the treatment, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the facilities, etc. ...... I have only words of thanks for Barbara (Owner of the property).
" IMPOSSIBLE TO BE IN BETTER HANDS " EXCELLENT AND RECOMMENDED 100% !!!
Undoubtedly, the day I have to return to Rome, I am very clear to go back there as well as to anyone or friend who asks me where to stay.
