Friendly, welcoming B&B

I have stayed here many times over the years, including this past July. It is safe, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well kept. Vincenzo is really friendly and welcoming. For me, the breakfast is lovely. It is really close to two metro stations, so easy to get around Rome. I appreciate being in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the crowds. There are a lot of nice restaurants and groceries available nearby. For Rome, the rooms are very good value. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Rome. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location

Very welcoming environment in the middle of greenery, tranquility a stone's throw from the beauties of Rome both on foot and by public transport. Cleanliness and comfort at high levels

Nice stay

To be a very good B&B, certainly the magnificent treatment towards us, the room was large with bathroom including something old but everything clean and well maintained, the only catch would be the towels that were already very worn, as for breakfast there was variety to choose what you wanted. Finally the location is not in the center but is in a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from the metro stop Porta Metronia that leaves you in the Colosseum in just one stop, and to go to the other tourist sites the metro stop San Giovanni 10 minutes. It was a success, thank you for making the stay pleasant!

3 days in Rome

Very clean accommodation, very nice and professional welcome with good advice for visits and transport. A little far from the main monuments but bus and metro stations quite close.
I highly recommend this place and would come back.

Cozy and well connected location, kind host and a safe neighbourhood

Nice, quiet and safe location, very close to the San Giovanni metro station - key connection point to historic center, Vatican city and Colosseum. Also a tram at the same location leads directly to Trasteverre.
Mr Vincenzo was a kind host and was very keen to teach us all of this alongside many other things.
The rooms are simple yet comfortable, equipped well enough for those who need a place outside of crowds after long days of exploring.
