Location is WOW!

The location is WOW! The Colossem is literally on the doorstep. The room (we had a triple) was bright and clean with towels changed daily. The room (along with 2 others) was located within a very secure part of the building. Breakfast was lovely at the adjacent cafe sat in the sun looking at The Colosseum. Communication was brilliant - easy instructions on how to access the room etc.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable.

Perfect location, right opposite Colosseum and close to metro station.
Clean and comfortable. Self service entry with keypad that was a little temperamental but once inside that first time you get keyed access instead. Cleaned every day but I never saw another person there.
It’s a little pricey but you’re paying for the location.
Breakfast is coffee and croissant at restaurant next door. Simple and delicious.

Great location

Amazing location directly across from the Colosseum. It's a 3 room bed and breakfast. Room was comfortable and host was very responsive. The restaurants below get very busy, so keep that in mind if you're trying to grab a quick bite. Taxis cannot stop in front of the hotel, so you may have to walk with your bags to catch a cab.

Excellent, breakfast needs improvement

We had a very good time, excellent location, clean and comfortable room, very quiet despite the very central location.
Breakfast is the only sore point: it is served in the bar below, which however (despite the opening time of 7am indicated on the window...) serves breakfasts no earlier than 7.30am, and therefore in the case of morning visits you will not be able to use them (but you can use the double breakfast voucher the next day....!) ....moreover, only 1 coffee and 1 croissant per person per day.... in my opinion they should add at least one juice and something savory...
However, if I returned to Rome, I would definitely stay here again!

Love this Place

Great room and beds are so comfortable. Air conditioned, extremely clean. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee we ate directly across from collesium. Bus and metro 3 minutes walk. Rooms are cleaned daily.
