Absolutely recommended

When simplicity is combined with the authenticity of homemade and refined products. .
Raw material from the adjacent garden.
The Managers are welcoming and kind people of the past.
Try the pappardelle alla crquetta, the Roman artichokes and homemade desserts.

An out of place hotel in a charming region

Five biker friends stayed at this property. For 15 years we have been coming to these beautiful areas for a biker event and we have always found Welcoming courtesy and B&B facilities of adequate level. As soon as we arrived at 6pm we tried to take a hot shower, but from the old taps, very little warm water came out. In particular a friend of mine was in a single room (3x2) very small (barbie television) dirty bathroom, broken tiles, toilet without tablet, dirty dust jacket with obvious stains, dirty floor. Over the years we had never experienced such a thing and this hotel does not do justice to the territory. We don't understand how it can be a 3-star. The final gem was when my friend the next morning pointed out to the owner these shortcomings and in response he was heard to respond verbatim words "but what did you expect with what you paid", there are no words to comment on all this. We're definitely staying away from this hotel.

Absolutely NOT

One of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in
Room with dirty walls and furniture from the 80s
Uncomfortable single bed
No refrigerator in the room
No, there is no bidet
Embarrassing breakfast with the receptionist who, besides struggling to greet, looks at you without saying a word even when asked what is available for breakfast.
Room provided by the organization that hosted me, but the hotel is simply shameful

Feel at home in the setting of the Umbrian countryside.

We passed by chance and the name had intrigued us immediately.
We were greeted in a loving and kind way by the owners, as soon as we sat we felt at home, a beautiful feeling.
A nice menu with many typical Umbrian dishes, genuine and excellent products, superlative flavors, you would want to taste everything.
We look forward to going back.
Thank you again.

Strategic clean and welcoming

Cozy hotel, good ka breakfast with homemade cakes.
To emphasize the rooms very neat, and very clean.
Strategically located to visit the surrounding villages that are part of the villages of Italy
Highly Recommendation
