Amazing host and suite is beautiful, clean. I fully recommended, even it is in center of the city, easy walk

Unfortunate Experience

I stayed at Seven Historical Suites in Trieste and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
The property has a lot of stairs, which made carrying luggage difficult and inconvenient. Despite booking for three guests, no towels were replaced for the third person. I also had to request a blanket for the sofa bed as none was provided upon checkin.
The biggest issue arose when an ornamental vase in a common area was accidentally broken. The item was displayed unsecured in a guest-accessible space, yet I was charged 100% to replace the item. I was more than happy to contribute to the replacement cost, but given the placement of the object, I felt the hotel should have taken some responsibility. I requested to discuss with the owner, but they refused, leaving the desk clerk to deal with the situation.
The suites themselves are attractive and well located, but the lack of attention to guest comfort and the way this incident was managed left a negative impression.

It gave you the feeling of a B&B as there is a separate bedroom, your own bath(shower) and a very comfortable sitting area which has kitchen amenities along with a little fridge. Manuel and Kata were delightful and very helpful. Walking distance to everything. I highly recommend
