bed hostel and The place is run by thieves

I want to share my experience at this hostel. First and foremost, Japan is a great, beautiful, and safe country, but this was my first time being robbed at hostel. It seems to be run by a gang who steal from people. Please be warned be careful staying at this hostel. Even if you are forced to stay there, take all your belongings with you. They didn't leave me anything, not even my toothbrush

No problem if you just go to bed, Buttigieg, enough.

No problem if you just sleep. I think the price is low enough and the air conditioning was good and comfortable. The baths were empty and it was relaxing.

[IMPORTANT, read this message to save your life.]
Never ever pick this hostel. There are tons of better, or let’s say normal, hostel with similar price in Osaka.
1. The room is desperately moldy with some black dirt on the tatami, which might be toxic.
2. Most of the toilet in the building is not usable, not just unclean, it’s literally not available. The faucets also doesn’t work.
3. THEY DON’T EVEN PROVIDE BATHROOM/SHOWER. The owner at the counter just asked me to find a public bathhouse outside the hostel by my own.
Overall, it looks like an abandoned place inside, and I even saw a police arrest some residents(probably gangsters) in 4/2. The information and picture they provide on trip.com is definitely fraud, probably steals from other hotel or something.

After I send these pictures to trip.com agent. They even refused to compensate or to give me refunds, because they had “confirmed” by third-party partner that the hostel amenities works well. That is to say, trip.com don’t give a fuck about what ever happened to you.
Eventually, I found another normal hostel which waisted a lot of my time. Furthermore, I’m still waiting trip.com to return my money.
Hopefully that sad story can save your life. Please never ever pick this scam hostel.

I don’t mind roughing it considering I’m on a budget. But even as a budget place, it’s not worth it.
Freezing cold, no pillow, paper thin sleeping mat, holes in the walls, stains on the walls and floors, hair in my blankets, disgusting sink, I didn’t even bother to shower.
I can’t say it enough, spend a bit of extra money and find somewhere else. Absolutely not worth the budget cost. They shouldn’t even be charging as much as they are. It was horrible.
