A 2-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Omiya Station. There is a convenience store right in front, the Saitama Super Arena is a train stop away, and the Sonic City event facility is 3 minutes on foot. The hotel affords great access to the city center. Feel free to stay for a day trip or watching a show/event. null

A Pleasant Stay

I only stayed one night, but it was a good stay. The hotel is very close to Omiya station (can be seen from the station -- the sign says: ホテルメイン). The amenities I was most grateful for were: free internet (you must borrow a modem at the front desk), free (and paid) TV channels, free tea, coin washer and dryer, comfy bed, yukata, and fridge. Also, the hotel price includes a free item for breakfast at a close-by McDonald’s. There seems to be a café downstairs, but unfortunately it was closed for a holiday when I was there. The staff was patient with my broken Japanese, and very kind and patient, so I'm sure guests with zero Japanese would be okay, too. Overall, a reasonable price for a larger than normal room (than most hotels in Japan) and a great location in Omiya.

This is the most shocking hotel in my life.

Easy to get used to working alone

As it is very close to the station, it is easy to use the surrounding facilities as well as public transportation, making it convenient for early morning work or when you arrive late at a concert or event. The compact room was comfortable and, of course, the internet was fast, which was very helpful for work. As for food, there are many restaurants and izakayas in the area, so you can eat out or get takeout, making it a reliable option when you want something more reasonable. Although the interior is a little dated, I felt it was hygienic and sufficient.

駅チカ、隣ファミマ、お向かいラーメン屋。
ツイン、ベッドは広いし、トイレも広い、ユニットバスが大きい、ソファーもゆったり。
とても良かったです。
強いて言えば、寝巻きが大きければ尚良かった。
