Great place
Clean place, comfortable and spacious pods, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic place to stay, excellent location
Our family of four stayed in the four bed dorm for three nights. We loved how close it was to the station, it made it so easy to get around. We had a great view out to the river and used the deck area and lounge (this is not full height so you have to duck to move around- okay once seated).
The hostel was extremely clean and staff very friendly and helpful, the hostel is on a side street next to the river so quiet but very close to great restaurants, the shrine and interesting streets/shops. The hostel has narrow steep stairways so not good if you struggle with stairs. Could also be hard to manoeuvre large or heavy bags

Hightly recommended!
I slept in the pod room, everything was perfect: bathroom and pod are super clean, no noise, super river view! Hiro, the owner, speak English very well, he is super friendly and he help me a lot with transport informations. The hostel is clean and not so big, the common part is pretty cool, the showers with super hot water are clean and confortables. Location is fantastic with Ginza and Asakusa line at 1 minute walk and Sensoji temple at 5. The bed are so confortables and clean. I hightly recommended this hostel, and If I will return in Tokyo sure that I return at this place. Thanks Hiro!!

Home away from home
I enjoyed my stay so much and will definitely return the next time I'm in town. If you're after accommodation that is clean, friendly, in a safe neighbourhood, positioned close to public transport, with helpful hosts, Chapter Two should be on your list of choices. As an added bonus, you'll be within walking distance to four major attractions, i.e. Skytree, Sensō-ji, Kaminarimon, and the market between the latter two. I wasn't overwhelmed by other travelers but had opportunities to make friendly conversation with travelers across the world which was a nice balance for me. I felt completely safe walking around the Asakusa area, day and night - I took a nice evening stroll one night around the river. The views of the river from the hostel are nice bonus too, particularly in summer. I found other guests to be friendly and could tell they also enjoyed their stay at the accommodation. Hiroki and Erica were always ready to assist when needed. Can't wait to visit again! :)

Lovely hostel with the friendliest owners
I spent almost a month in this hostel and enjoyed every day there. The owners are a young Japanese couple that speak English well and are incredibly kind.
The location is spot-on, in the touristy area of Asakusa, with the hostel being a minute away from both Ginza line and Asakusa line; making access to/from other parts of Tokyo easy and comfortable.
Besides being the cleanest hostel I’ve been to in my entire life, the living room atmosphere is great for meeting new people and having a great time with both the owners and other visitors.
I’ve made many friends in this lovely place.
