Great value for money

We’ve stay just one night on our first night in Jordan. We’ve came late, but the receptionist was very kind, and finds some supper for us. At the morning we’ve have nice breakfast (buffet).
Staff was super super and helpful.
Great value for money.

Nightmare

Nightmare experience worse experience ever the room was incridble dirty and bathroom have heavy bad smell . The were no any towels and toilet papers in the room we asked more than 10 times to bring us towels so we can be able to make a shower and we didn't reacive any towels then in the morning we go up for the breakfast the boiled eggs was black from inside it really looks like it is 10 days old , fortunately I did not eat it but unfortunately my wife did eat it and tell now all of herbody has allergies never be back again service is 0 no service we did not reacive and service and importance in the hotel

Unpleasant experience

Super friendly reception. But overall unpleasant experience. Unclean furniture. Broken bathroom appliances. Malfunctioning TV.
Small breakfast lounge with few options.
A quality management system is needed. Urgently.

Bad service bad quality

We have stayed 3 nights but i would have left from the first one if a good friend of mine didn't make the reservation for us and i didn't want to offend him by leaving.
They didn't had the heating on although they knew we were coming at 23.00 tired and sleepy and it took about 3 hours to have a good temperature in the room. Outside it was around 2 degrees Celsius!!!
There were no towels in the room and the TV didn't work.
Next day after we came back from our day trip late in the evening our rooms were not made up, the towels were wet and gold from the morning use no toilet paper, no soap or shampoo.
Next day after i complained they made up the room in a way that my 10 years old daughter would have made it better. The sheets looked like dirty and brownish and the towels as well. There was no light above the sink and made shaving and cleaning very difficult.
I want to be fare so i have to say that the people in the reception did their best just like the people serving the breakfast. The management is the problem and the lack of PR skills.
I definitely not recomend it.
