New Year at its best

When searching with a group of friend for a getaway and specially on New Year, you find too many options, but talking to Ms Juliana make you relaxed and give you the feeling it going to be a great new year. Booking was very smooth , she gave us the answer to all our questions ( millions of questions, as this was our first time to Ehden on New Year) check in and out was very quick and they offer to get a guy to start the chimney. The room was very clean and well, very well heated, also they called to check if the heat is okey, as outdoor temperature hits zero degree. After a small dinner in the suit we went walking to the Miden square for the outdoor new year party. After a very good party we came back to sleep, and found out the matters are very clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Very bad experience

It is too bad to waste your time in Ehden at such a mediocre hotel. The service was very bad. No tissue papers box in the room, 2 small water bottles offered the arrival day only ( we had to pay for all others day). Toilets were not cleaned daily. Shampoos and shower gels are offered in plastic containers with a taped on label ( paper and scotch tape!). The worst thing is lack of courtesy of the staff, and of the receptionist! They were very rude and not helpful at all.
Would never visit this hotel again.

Decent and Pleasant Stay

Without previous planning we decided to go and spend two nights at Ehden. We contacted several hotels the only friendly voice at reservation was the Serail Hotel. They were very helpful in setting my family of 2 children and offered us several choices for room type. My wife and children were very pleased with the amicable service of owner and staff member. Being our second visit to the region, we were assisted in visiting many nature friendly places. Long story short, if you ever decide to spend time in Ehden and need accommodation, Serail Hotel is the place to be.

Bad experience

It's far to be a 4 * hotel. It should be not more than 2*.
No ramp at the entrance of the hotel for our luggage, strollers... In our room, there is almost no facilities: no hair brush, no boiler, cups, spoons to make coffee or drink water. I ve ordered a hot cup of water to make my own coffee in my room, it has never came. Bad internet wifi connection.
No view, our balcony is almost 2 meters far from the balcony of a building that block the view. The neighbors can c u inside of ur room if u open the curtain.
Electric generators noise nearby if you open the balcony door. It's far to be a quiet and relaxing night at the mountain as we expected to be. All this for like 160$ the night.
But the room was clean and the breakfast is average. At the end i won't come again.

Not advised

You expect more for what you pay.
The breakfast is awful,very limited choice of food,no service.
Parking is always full,you have to call the hotel from your phone for them to send someone to open the door then you'll find that it's full.
