Great hotel for acceptable price

Great and spacious rooms, cozy, good service and good breakfast. Huge thanks to friendly staff. We were quite satisfied.

Good food but awful service

The two stars are only for the two dinners we had at the hotel which were very tasty and very good value. Unfortunately, the overall service was lamentable, the breakfast service was a disaster and the communication was dire. The room itself, although a good size and adequately equipped, had a strong smell of damp which we had to disguise with our own air freshener. Although most of the staff did make some effort to provide a reasonable service, communication was a problem as they spoke very little English. One female staff member in particular, who we were told was high up on the hotel's managerial chain, was quite brash and unfriendly, disturbed us to turn our music down on Friday evening and even prevented one of our visitors from coming to our room for no good reason; one would think that someone in her position would understand the basic principles of hospitality! Given all of the above, we do not recommend this hotel.

Never again

We were here in September 2018 travelling to Pakrojus Festival. We had one night there luckily but it was just a nightmare. From 6 pm some crazy orgy started in the restaurant which was situated almost under our apartment. The noise level was so awful that we were not able to talk to each other: crazy music, loud shouting and so on. We were waiting for some 10 pm and then phoned the receptionist though she said she could do nothing. In some 15 minutes we heard some crazy voice from the lobby - poor girl from reception tried to calm down the party but was almost attacked. Finally we felt some smoking smell from the lobby: the guests started smoking inside the hotel. We phoned again but nobody answered.
The next morning we had breakfast only after 10 am because the staff was not ready for work: it turned out that the party was organised by the head of the hotel(!!!!), and the stuff had to serve them until late hours.
I have seen much in my life but that mess was just something!

Wonderful place in little town Radviliskis

We (two families) were looking for a place to take a rest during our long trip. This hotel looked nice and what is more important - accepts dogs. We didn't expect a lot, but... But we received one of the best services I have ever seen/ felt (had a chance to stay in similar hotels in Great Britain, Italy, Turkey, Bulgaria, Poland, Latvia etc). Staff was very kind, attentive and ready to help. It was enough to say that it looks a bit too cold in the room and receptionist brought heater in 2 minutes. Asked for places to visit and received huge amount of information where to go and to do and what places are not suitable for kids/ dogs or vice versa.
Food was perfect - fresh and portions quite big. Furthermore, it was possible to order food to the room.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Hope this hotel stays working in the same way and hope to come back there again.

Poor service

The rooms were ok. However, the service in the bar/restaurant was horrendous. None of the waitresses could speek English, treated gueats poorly and the dinner took extremely long time to cook. Unless you know Lithuanian, don’t book here
