1 nite stay

A good hotel to stay. The enviroment very cool outside with green area. Big and comfortable room. Can get good food at Mayang Bistro and good price too. The hotel staff very helpful. Whoever need a transit, this is the place.

11 times - but not improving

I have been here 11 times since 2015 due to my study at UUM. But unfortunately, I feel the rooms are deteriorating every time. I stay almost around 5/6 hotels every year during my tours; still this is the only hotel where I still find big fat CRT TV with only 1 English channel. Can you imagine! Since last time, one more thing I found missing this time, the shower curtain was gone, making the whole bathroom wet after shower. Such a lovely landscape; but facilities do not match! Must go for urgent renovating, at least the bathrooms!

Rest and Relax

Good location, close to UUM main entrance. Affordable price with room condition. Rooms are spacious and there are various options. Breakfast is very good. Beautiful and comfortable landscape like being in the park. Complete with swimming pool. There are many rooms for functions and seminars. Suitable for family functions and corporate events. There are many restaurants nearby either within the UUM campus or in the surrounding area.

Surrounded by all green

Nice environment with all the green trees in its surroundings. Below is my rating for the hotel :-
Staff - 8/10
Breakfasts :- 6/10
Facilities :- 3/10
Environment :- 7/10
Room :- 5/10
Price :- 7/10
Bistro's food :- 8/10
Bistro's price :- 4/10 (consider a bit pricey in Sintok area)

Just plainly OK

If you have a business with UUM, this is the place because it is closed but not within walking distance. One can put on a jogging shoes and enjoy the surroundings. A swimming pool was rather small. Sleeping rooms were OK in size but were not very well kept. The water was not warm at all but we did not need one due to the warm weather outside. There was no universal electricity outlet.
