Easy to park. Pool was nice. Room had a/c. However, the room i was in had small ants that reached the bed/sheets.

Poorly inclusive
The staff's attention, very good, in terms of having facilities adapted for persons with disabilities, leaves much to be desired. I asked earlier about it as I was going alone, they answered that it had a ramp (which is true) and that the doors of the rooms were wide, as well as the bathroom.
As I entered the room, the bathroom was extremely narrow, I could not enter with my chair and the bed was so high that I had to leave reception to ask for help, besides, I could not request support by phone as I could not pass with my chair to use it.

Pleasant Stay, Unexpected Theaft
We had a pleasant stay at Laam Hotel for one night. The room was comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. However, our experience took a negative turn when we discovered that the sealed medicine we entrusted to the staff lead by Violeta for refrigeration had been stolen over night.
Upon reporting the incident to the morning shift led by Patricia, she called the manager/owner, Anita, who expressed her regret and assured us that she would look into the matter. Unfortunately, her response felt rather dismissive, simply stating that it was "unfortunate."
While the hotel itself is nice, the lack of security and the inadequate handling of our complaint significantly marred our stay. We hope the management will take serious measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Not just saying oh dear we don’t have a camera in that area. It is worth pointing out that the fridge was under lock and key and only staff have access with key.
