The check-in was okay. They ask for a key deposit. The problem was checking out. The hours of operation start from 7am. But, when I tried checking out around 7:05 am no one around. They have two a phone numbers to call for assistance. No answer. I was not able to check out so I returned around 9 am again but no one was there again. Finally, I tried again around 11 am and the receptionist was there and said said that once he arrives at the hotel he goes and takes care of other chores. I will not be staying here anymore. I need the availability of checkout at any time!

The pictures do not match whatsoever ,
They told me I had reservations but everything was taken and they tried giving me , old trashy room in the rear of the hotel , I had told them that was not what I paid for .. they said take it or leave it very unprofessional
I had to leave the guy at front desk could not make decisions at all because he said he's just a worker and could not get a hold of anyone to make changes . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
NOT RECOMEND IT AT ALL ( it's more like a motel )

There was no ocean view, the room booked was not what I have selected. My reservation was given to someone else at arrival. Hot water was not working, water leak in the bathroom, very outdated room not the room in picture or selected. Requesting a full refund.
