Excellent stay in Tuluca

Very friendly helpful English speaking staff. The room is clean and spacy. We used the twin room. Price quality excellent, 700 Mx for the night. Modern room, hot water, good beds. Its safe and centraly in in the city near everything you need.

KEEP AWAY

Staff were pleasant. Outdated, hard old double bed mattress on plywood, no coffee, no microwave and no fridge as was advertised to be. Bathroom was good, old towels and no jair dryer.Worst experience of my life.

it´s a really nice small hotel, clean rooms, big enough and privacy,

is only 3 blocks from town, you won´t belive is a hotel, The owner give you a perssonal reception and welcome, They give me a suite, with a really good bed, clean and comfortable, If you want to rest is the best option in Toluca near town, cheap and really nice .100 % recommended

Great place to stay in Toluca

The first thing you need to know is that, this is not a hotel, it’s a guest house, and it’s better than a Holiday Inn or any other chain hotel you can book in Toluca (Spent around $20USD and the service and place was great).
Stayed here only one night and the attention received was outstanding, prior to my arrival, Abraham (the manager) contacted me in order to give me the exact address of the place, when arriving, he escorted us to the parking lot where I can leave my car, and then escorted us back to the guest house.
Inside the guest house, the place is pretty and spacious, the suite we reserved was neat, comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom could improve, shower pressure it’s not the best.
There is free WiFi all over the place.
Suites Aldama is located near Toluca’s downtown, therefore, it’s walking distance of shops, restaurantes and sightseeing places.
Definitively I would book again here if needed to stay in Toluca.

no es lo que parece

Teníamos una reservación de 2 habitaciones, sin embargo al llegar a la ubicación no encontrábamos el lugar, ya que no hay ninguna señal del lugar, cuando marque por teléfono resultó ser una casa, un sujeto abrió y nos invitó a pasar, las habitaciones definitivamente no son como se ven en las imágenes, una de nuestras habitaciones en la parte superior ni siquiera tenia el techo completo, una parte era solo de acrílico y se podía ver el cielo hacia afuera, le dijimos al chico que estábamos confundidos ya que cuando llamamos para reservar nos dijeron que era un hotel, y respondió que si lo era, pero en realidad solo es una casa con cuartos, por lo que decidimos perder nuestro apartado y buscar un mejor lugar
