Lousy hotel
They cancelled my booking without warning and their answer is to find where to house my clients why they can't do anything.
These types of hotels should not recommend them.

They do not send the invoice, make sure they send it at the time of check out.
The phone was broken down but at reception they offered to change my room kindly but in all rooms the hot water never worked at night. The two nights I stayed I was very late and when I bathed I played with cold water.
Make sure that the invoice is sent at the time of check out, I have stayed twice a year and both times they tell me that during the course of the holiday they send it to me and they do not send anything, there is no way to contact them because at reception they do not answer, I carry 20 calls and the management email that is supposed to be: cetrc.gerencia@norte19.com

Wouldn't stay at this hotel again
Dirty corridors and elevator
Reception staff and overall very attentive and friendly providing immediate solution, breakfast food well, parking well and quiet area close to Plaza Galerias and restaurants

Reconozco que su tiempo es valioso y aprecio los comentarios que se ha tomado el tiempo de brindarnos.
Mantener una atmósfera limpia dentro de nuestras habitaciones y áreas comunes es importante y le pido disculpas por no haber cumplido con esa expectativa durante su visita. El mantenimiento del aire acondicionado se ha compartido con nuestros líderes de mantenimiento para garantizar que se trate de un incidente aislado.
Espero que la próxima vez que esté en el área, nos brinde otra oportunidad de brindarle a los huéspedes la experiencia que nos esforzamos por brindar.
