Happy laila

room was spacious, clean and well heated, with hot water available at all times. Access to the hotel is easy. Many thanks especially to the girls at the reception for their warm welcome, kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel.

We waited for food for a very long time despite the emptiness in the place, after 40 minutes we got 2 dishes and after another 30 another one dish, the waiter forgot about my entrecote which was not at all similar to entrecote it was hard and rubber otherwise inedible, the fish were edible but not as we expected, the pasta tasted like earth and squid tasted like a rubber

Good experience

Good value for money, great location, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, well heated and a view of downtown ifrane. I advise everyone to go. Very good experience. The only problem is the water which is a little colorful but it doesn’t last even 20 seconds before it becomes clear

Bad experience

السعر مرتفع جدًا ولا يعكس مستوى الخدمات المقدَّمة.
عند وصولي، لم أجد جل الاستحمام ولا الشامبو في الغرفة، كما أن التلفاز لا يعمل، والخدمة ضعيفة للغاية.
في العشاء، تم تقديم سلطة باردة جدًا، حتى البيض كان مجمّدًا.
في وجبة الإفطار، لم يتم تقديم الماء، ولا توجد ثلاجة صغيرة في الغرفة,الخدمة شبه منعدمة، وجودة المطعم ضعيفة مقارنة بالسعر.
بصراحة، كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق
The price is very high and does not reflect the level of services offered.
When I arrived, there was no shower gel or shampoo in the room. In addition, the television was not working and the service was very weak.
At dinner, a very cold salad was served, even the eggs were frozen.
At breakfast, the water was not served and there is no mini fridge in the room.
The service is almost non-existent and the quality of the restaurant is very low compared to the price.
Honestly, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.

The girls who work serve the tables that they want NO ORDER!

The service very bad, we were in the restaurant for dinner and took 2 hours to bring us the food. Until we had to leave.
