Truly Memorable Experience 5* Luxury
We stayed here for 4 nights and what an amazing experience. The hotel is outstanding with a beautiful feeling of serenity and calm, staff who go above and beyond in a calm and tranquil setting. The pool and spa are so welcoming after time out exploring.
They are also able to book excursions direct and have an amazing restaurant. Its a fabulous location within walking distance to the Madina,palaces, gardens and the souk.
We would 100% recommend booking.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the staff set up a private dining experience and left us with amazing memories.
Don't hesitate to book, you wont regret it for sure.
Big shout outs to Nadia, Fatima and Mohammed you were all amazing.

You mentioned that the hotel was 'slightly dated'. It would be very useful for us to have more information about this, that way we could take some sort of action if necessary. Would you be able to let us know, please? I have a feeling it might have something to do with the bathroom in your room. If that's the case, I can tell you that we are completely redoing the bathroom in 107 in July, when we close for 2 weeks to carry out slightly bigger and noisier work. Apart from that, we are pretty much constantly improving something or other around the hotel, whether it be painting, updating equipment or something else. It never stops!
About your Insider Tip: Uber and InDrive are not legally allowed to work yet, therefore some of them prefer to keep a low profile and avoid places where they could be recognised and reported. Having said that, I have used Indrive several times to and from the hotel, as have some of our clients. On the whole we stick with taxis and minibuses, which work fine to and from the front door.

Excellent stay, First Class service all round
We had a fantastic stay, all the staff were pleasant, polite, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms we had we very clean, tidy and of a very good size and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was lovely and quiet and a great relaxing space at the end of the day from the hot and busy Medina markets etc. We had B&B and the breakfast was lovely and fresh with plenty of choice and the omlettes etc were cooked in front of you. We ate out most evenings and had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant courtyard on our last night, which was the best meal we had throughout our stay and we wished we'd eaten there more.
We can highly recommend this Riad and will be certain to book another stay around the same time next year. It was a 10/10 from us.
