Excellent value for money
For 6 nights it was our home in Marrakesh. It is located in a closed courtyard, around two corners from the noisy street and, despite being two women, we did not feel unsafe: in the courtyards, in the evening children play and people do not bother you. Inside you can breathe tranquility, all the staff is very, very kind and discreet.
We found two days of rain with temperatures between 4 and 12 degrees: in the room, clean, there is the air conditioner that heats and works well because, with an hour of ignition, you reach a pleasant temperature. In addition, the shower water has an adequate flow and, above all, is nice and warm!! The bed covers are soft and well heated. In 6 nights c was a change of sheets and two towel changes.
In the common areas there is an electric thermo to put close.
Breakfast is simple but very good: coffee and milk at will and white bread always, alternatively their crepes or their bread and the slice of cake: in 6 mornings we did not eat one the same, all fresh and good!
On the terrace, well equipped, there is no traffic noise and you can hear birds and roosters crow.
So very positive experience and, should we return to Marrakesh, we will return to this Riad

Riad comfortable and attentive staff
We stayed my mother and I, the riad is very nice and comfortable there is a relaxing area with a small pool right there is served breakfast carefully every morning. At the top of the riad there is a terrace where almost no one climbs despite how comfortable it is, my mother and I climbed upstairs to relax and smoke so we didn't bother anyone with the smoke although people are not much apart from us were like 6 more and all great. We were attended by the reception boy named Ishmael a wonderful boy willing to give advice or to start a conversation every time you return to the Riyadh. The overall experience is very good a simple but rich breakfast, a comfortable room and attention from the great staff.

The IKRAM room is not for 3 adults
Riad acceptable, inside the Medina. Good location to get around Marrakech, but always with GPS. The very small Ikram room for 3 adults. Bathroom a little old, needs reform. Good breakfast and very attentive and helpful staff.

Better choose another RiaD!!!!
We booked this place for one night only because our other place of stay (RIAD DE L'ORIENTALE: A Wonder) was sold out on Friday 20 December What a regret!
First thing to know , the photos do not give a correct picture of the place, because few things match the photos and reviews of travelers
the first positive is the friendly contact with the receptionist who is very available, helpful and very warm. I was able to chat for over an hour with him and an English tourist.It was a very funny, informative and pleasant time.
The second positive is the ease of access by car and so it is easy to get transport to the airport at a decent price.
For the price, the rooms and lunch are of a very low standard, and the furniture is in very poor condition.
For example, the mosaic tables are broken and the tiles detach, the courtyard is covered with a plastic box that prevents ventilation and sunshine from entering; the roof terrace offers a view of the nearby concrete buildings and whose terraces are covered with debris, the canvas above the terrace is torn and serves as a nest for pigeons, the bedrooms are dark and smell like a closed one; the furniture in the dining room and patio is worse than that of an Ikea; ...
In short I recommend you to go discover other places including the RIAD DE L'ORIENTALE which will cost you little more.

Not great.
Some positive points, but many negative points. Very friendly staff, nice and charming inner courtyard, not bad breakfast with cakes and handmade pancakes/pancakes, good location for visiting Marrakech. But, our room (Ikram) was indecent, small and cramped, not very clean, small bathroom and not very functional. In the room there was an ambient perfumer that covered a strange smell of closed. We asked to change it, but everything was full, so I can't comment on the other rooms. Of course, that was bad. The photos on the site/booking do not respect the reality of the facts, and the price higher than other riads. To get to the riad you have to cross a couple of narrow and dark alleys, not well populated (...), really unreassuring especially at night .. (ok, we are in Marrakech, but ..)
